G, i need some more metal in my collection. What would you recommend? Note: It doesn't have to be heavy metal. Any metal will do.

Because that music isn't music. His music is. They don't make aluminum where I live any more but I highly recommend it. Also iron.

Cute. Get back to me when you figure out what metal music really is. I know what it is. It's not music. Why Pat Boone likes it and did an album of songs he liked I don't understand. But I heard one of the songs somewhere and it sounds like music.

G, i need some more metal in my collection. What would you recommend? Note: It doesn't have to be heavy metal. Any metal will do. Seriously? [/img] I only like very extreme bands. Death metal. Here ya go: Carnifex...listen to Until I feel nothing, Die without hope, Hell chose me Suicide Silence...listen to Unanswered, Disengage, Wake Up, Bludgeoned Whitechapel...listen to Possession, The Saw is the law Behemoth...listen to Ora pro nobis Lucifer, Blow your trumpets Gabriel Job for a cowboy...listen to Sun of Nihility That's just a small list. Listen and get back to me. [/img] Start with Job for a Cowboy. That's a bit more melodic than the others.

Ok, i will start at the bottom and work my way up. Thanks.

The songs started out as metal but now sound good. I couldn't believe it when he was on some show where Cheap Trick performed. I still remember the song was "Ain't That a Shame" which sounded good back in the day, but of course Cheap Trick wrecked it. Later I found out he liked metal. He may have had a neighbor who performed it and got him interested. I don't remember. Similarly, Tony Bennett, who is known for really good music, confessed to likng alternative. He was on some video awards show dressed like the Red Hot Chili Peppers and "singing" one of their songs, and one of the band returned the favor by singing "I Left My Heart in San Francisco".

Idk if it's the generation gap or the fact that i'm a bigger rock/punk fan but i prefer Cheap Trick's version. Say what you want, but i just do. Rarely do i like the cover more than the original but for this one i just do.
