This was a really good episode and it did not seem like an amateur directed it. Kudos to Misha Collins. I enjoyed seeing Henry again and it was interesting to learn how Abaddon infiltrated the Men of Letters. The former nun must have carried a tremendous amount of guilt and I hope Sam helped her to get over it. Crowley’s demons are scared to cross him so Abaddon has to create her own army. Those soulless people did not act the way Sam did; they seemed insane and angry rather than cold. It is good Sam released their souls and maybe they can claim temporary insanity as a defense. Sam had a nice app to help him with the exorcism. Dean is fighting his own demons and Crowley is counting on Dean to go dark side. Crowley thinks Dean wanted to save him, but I think Dean was trying to save Jake’s life. Crowley’s “do you want to cross streams” comment was outrageous. Kudos to Dean for drinking an entire fifth of whiskey and not slurring his words.

While I was not blown away by this one, I thought it was a bit better than the recent ones, so I gave it a 3. First off, I thought Misha did an excellent job with directing, he had some interesting shots in there and I really enjoyed the shots of Jensen in the MOL and in the bar, course Jensen looks good in most shots I was glad to see Henry W. again, I really like that character and I would hope that we can see him again. I am not sold on the fact that Josie was in love with him, but oh well. I also like the character actor that played Julia, I thought she was good, and she had a nice chemistry with Jared. It was also funny that she made the crack about not dating anyone under 65, that reminded me of S3 when Sam and the old lady dancing in the ghost ship episode lol. Yay for Sam having the demon banishing speech on his phone. I did enjoy seeing Crowley and Dean together, but I am concerned about Dean letting or maybe he doesn't notice that Crowley is manipulating him so much. Dean is not stupid, and why he is around Crowley so much is concerning me, unless maybe he feels a (shudder) kindred spirit with Crowley, evil feelings maybe? Or he is just so withdrawn and torn up inside that he doesn't notice what is going on? I hope the next episode gives up some insight of what the MOC is doing to Dean, I think Cas will be in it and I am hoping he and Sam can help Dean either come to terms with what is happening to him or at least offer some support to Dean. I know Sam loves his brother but I think he needs to talk to Dean and tell him that they can be brothers, I think without that bond that Dean will slip further into the MOC grip(not sure of what word I need here)Dean needs some support, a bond, a lifeline, he needs to know that someone cares about him, and no one but Sam can fill that void for Dean. Cas can help to an extent but Dean needs his brother to feel "whole" or as whole as he can be.

It seemed to me that Dean wanted Crowley to leave him alone, but Crowley refused to disappear. It is truly impossible to insult Crowley; he lets barbs roll off of him and sticks to his agenda.

This one was on tonight. When "sister" Abaddon was in the car with Henry, I really thought she would do something horrible to him. I remember cringing the first time I saw it.
