Still no rain but there is rain in the forecast for next week.
The meteorologist on one station showed how much cooler it was over the weekend but seemed not to know that the high Saturday was recorded at night. Saturday was actually the coolest day, even cooler than the one below normal day this week. It has been in the 70s each day.

I didn't think it was supposed to rain Sunday. I left my wheelbarrow outside for some reason. I don't even remember why I didn't want to put it away but I saw no reason to worry about it. Maybe that's the secret to making it rain. We haven't had that much rain in one day in months. I think I heard Charlotte had not had enough rain to be worth mentioning in 50 days.
86 Saturday (record 87) but 70 yesterday.

Tuesday was the day it was supposed to rain but Wednesday it rained a lot, then it cleared off.
Low 42, high 67 yesterday. 30s were forecast here for this morning.

I forget the exact low but I think it did get down in the 30s. The high Saturday was only in the 60s with all the clouds but it didn't rain as early as predicted. However, it was over by morning and the high was 77 yesterday.
Lows in the 40s every day after rain tomorrow.

It rained on and off Tuesday and I read today there was a tornado. We were told the system that hit Dallas earlier was headed this way, and there was a heavy line of showers late, but I didn't know it was that serious.
Wednesday was nice and about as close to normal as you can get temperaturewise. Yesterday it got down to 39 in Charlotte but warmed up to the 70s.
Today it's cooler but it didn't get as cold at night.
Will we ever have another weekend when it doesn't rain?

It was actually a nice weekend except for Sunday morning. There were clouds Saturday afternoon but no rain until after dark. And it was nearly 80.
Sunday it was raining when I walked. If Daylight Savings Time had ended when it is supposed to I wouldn't have gotten rained on when I walked. The low was 69 (the normal high) and the high was 82 (nearly a record).
It stays warm this week but we get more rain.
A wintry mix in Wisconsin! And highs in the low 40s. And they're talking about accumulation!

I kept hearing how bad Wednesday and Thursday would be. In fact, it didn't rain much Wednesday. There was drizzle sometimes but heavy rain came later and it wasn't that bad. Thursday was a nice day at least for a while.
It was so bad around here Halloween is tonight. We don't have trick-or-treaters in my neighborhood anyway, and it wasn't bad where I live, but there were lots of places nearby.
No one could be bothered to tell us the low and the high with all the severe weather news but the dramatic drop overnight should have been enough to make it worth mentioning. It was 67 at 6:00 and while I didn't see frost or ice, one of the local online newspapers said there would be frost.
I never heard the term "White Halloween", but Wisconsin had one.

We had a cold front come through but it didn't get cold. It was 70 yesterday. Then it rained last night and it wasn't even supposed to be up to 50 today or tomorrow. Lows in the 20s tonight. And next week even though it warms back up, we repeat that again.

Forecast low for today 48. Forecast high 40. Neither is correct. The high will be whatever it was at midnight. The Charlotte Observer, I believe, reports what the low was as of 5:00.
It was a nice day yesterday. The weekend was cold, at least to begin with. Tomorrow will be colder. No snow here.

Yesterday wasn't much better but no sun.
Today it was supposed to rain and not much warmer. It hasn't really.
And things don't get better tomorrow.

A meteorologist admitted he messed up. He said it would rain all day Saturday. Not only did it not rain but the sun came out late and at least in Charlotte it was 58. I don't think it was that warm here. To the east there was a lot of rain, and we did have lots of wind too. But the system that was causing it all was too far off the coast.
Yesterday was a nice day and 58.
This morning it was a little warmer than it has been but it was raining.
