I am also now watching "Saving Hope" Where do we post about that? I have seen two episodes now and am ready to give my thoughts. Erica is so good! I didn't know she was going to be a doctor. The way she was dressed at the beginning I thought she was a bimbo. But she knew so much about medicine so I decided maybe she was a nurse. in fact, she's one of the smartest of the doctors. I was worried this was going to turn into "Grey's Anatomy" and the first episode reassured me. Last night's did not. I was hoping that girl who had the baby and then died would talk with Charlie. My favorite part last night was when the kid talked to him. And he remembered that tux with the untied bowtie. Alex really was affected by that. And I was so glad that girl got the surgery. Don't those religious people realize God provided them with doctors and their knowledge?

Once again, fans of "The Firm" were cheated. They showed Betty White's prank show instead because golf ran over.
Now I like that show, but I had seen the episode and, besides, we're waiting to see what happens.

It looks like they skipped episode 19 next week it be episode 20. They'd better not have. And whatever episode the printed TV listings showed, my TiVo didn't record an episode this past Saturday. I wasn't home and I was watching the Daytime Emmys. Had they not been on I would have watched "Talhotblond", which I did anyway because both were repeated immediately after ending. The movie was repeated twice!

I am also now watching "Saving Hope" Erica in a bra! Erica without a bra! I wish they could focus on what's wrong with people instead of relationships. But I guess they didn't deviate too much into that relationship stuff.

Do you not read what episode it is before you record it? I have a season pass. That means I rely on the TiVo to know when an episode will be recorded. I double-checked this week's and it said it would be on, but I'll be home anyway to watch it.

It will be Episode 20 tomorrow night. It sure was, and now I have to watch that missing episode. I'm curious as to why McDeere always looks like I did before I finally found an electric shaver that works. And I looked worse than that for two weeks after I found out I hadn't packed and electric shaver when I went to the mountains. I bought one that I thought would do, but it's going back. And I didn't use the good shaver until yesterday because it would be hard on it to cut a long beard.

I have no idea about shavers.

McDeere even looks like that in the opening credits. And that's how I looked immediately after shaving. After several days, before I found a decent razor, I looked worse.
So I finally saw the episode yesterday. I don't enjoy watching in a library and it seemed like people were making more noise than usual.
I got worried when Abby started talking to the man she was "cheating" with. But at least they kind of got into an argument when she found that ledger. How did she know to look there?
At least I had an idea of what was going to happen. That was one scary episode if you didn't feel reassured by the episode that followed--though that one man is going against the family and we may still have to worry about him.
I still don't understand why, given that Alan Harper is the name of one of the best known TV characters of all time, and a pathetic loser at that, they would give a prosecutor that name.
The actor playing the judge is really good.

Can you tell me if it coming back this Fall or are they done? You're kidding, right? I'm surprised it lasted this long. If it was doing so poorly that they banished it to Saturdays, they shouldn't have made so many episodes. But I'm glad they did. Last night's "Saving Hope" was really good. I especially enjoyed the other man in the coma. They've never gone that far with one of those characters and kept it funny. And Alex saved the day! Who would have believed it? She's exhausted and I was afraid she'd end up messing up. I am disappointed that when she got out of bed her legs were covered up.

I didn't see the up fronts so I don't know what was listed for the Fall.

I didn't see the up fronts so I don't know what was listed for the Fall. You don't even need to know this. The broadcast networks do not air new episodes of scripted shows on Saturdays unless they're trying to get rid of the episodes of a cancelled show.

I was reminded when I saw that 3Sheets posted the ratings that TiVo taped all the "New Girl" episodes for me. I was so happy to find that I had missed one when it first ran. It was the Thanksgiving episode, and that week I had shows getting deleted before I ever saw them. It was a good episode, and they even did the full opening credits.

I understand what you mean, NBC never gave it a chance because of that other new show ummm I forget what it called. "Awake". They keep putting new shows in that slot. Actually, "Saving Hope" is an hour earlier. One of my Facebook friends who used to post on the WB and CW boards claims there is a vampire on "Saving Hope". Anyone know anything about that? I'm still enjoying the show. They have some fascinating sick people. I hate that Charlie almost got through to Alex and then hit an obstacle, but I guess they have to keep that from happening. I do wish they wouldn't dispense blood like it was coming through a fire hose. They did that when Alexis Bledel was on "ER". It didn't bother her--at least not the character--but it sure bothered me. It was a woman giving birth who I think ended up dying.

Yes Awake Kyle and that show I heard got canned too ha ha ha ha That's not funny. It was a good show and we didn't get answers. It looks like "The Firm" may finally be over. No preivew for next week, although they ended it with a cliffhanger, not to mention the Russian mob seems to want to go after McDeere. But there's no way this is coming back. I'm just glad we got as much as we did.

I am watching "Saving Hope". That's a very good show. I especially like the scenes where Charlie communicates with others in his situation. But Erica is very good as a doctor and they have some interesting cases. I do hate the gory stuff.
"Trust Us with Your Life" is sort of like "Whose Line Is It Anyway" but all the improv comedy routines relate to some celebrity's life.
I had read "Rules of Engagement" was cancelled, but it is coming back. It is the show that won't die.
Furthermore, reruns are airing this Fall on my CW station. I wasn't much of a fan the first season, so I'll be watching to see what I missed. In fact, I think there's one episode I missed in a recent season because it aired on a different night. TiVo is supposed to solve that problem but last minute changes sometimes don't get recorded.
It's about two couples and a womanizing single man. The one couple has been married long enough to know how things are. The man is ultra-macho and belittles his wife's achievements even though she has a professional job. Another couple hasn't even gotten married yet but they are living together. They're still idealistric and the man is kind of a moron and shows all the signs of being gay, even though his wife is hot. And David Spade, who apparently goes to Vince Neil's barber, has an office at his rich daddy's company and apparently doesn't have to work and can have all the loose women and porn he wants. In recent years he has had a flunky named Timmy, who reminds me a lot of our Timmy on this site, who hates doing the degrading things he is ordered to do but wants to keep his job.
