Etta was a mighty force, and it's hard to believe she's gone. I love so much of her stuff.
There is a wonderful movie out there called Cadillac Records. It's the story of the early artists of Chess Records, including Chuck Berry and Etta James. Here's a clip of Beyonce as Etta from that movie:

Just saw that the other day. Love the costume ... and the microphone adjustment. One of the other kids in the videos -- the ballet dancer -- has a video where she sings a song from Phantom of the Opera with her father. He's pretty good too!
