How about where Dean and Sam get switched in each other's bodies for example Dean would be Sam, Sam would be Dean, Castiel could be in it? The thing is no one knows that they have switched and maybe they meet up with some demons and other trouble makers?

Yep, sometimes people play more than one character and some create made up characters for the stories, so it helps if you are flexible to that.

Sure, that is what Chloe and I do with our rpgs, we double up and play the various characters, sometimes we alternate on certain characters if they are a minor role like in the case of Supernatural you could have Bobby in the stories and we could alternate in playing him as needed.
