[Watchtower]

Chloe decided to sit with Timmy and see how he was doing since everyone else seemed to have everything under control for the time being. "Hi, Timmy. How are you?" She said.

"Fine" he said staring at the floor

[Watchtower]

"Okay, I know that look. I've got that from your father dozens of times, and it always meant something was troubling him. What's wrong?" Chloe said.

"No, I am fine" he lied to her but because he was like Ashley, he could do it with a straight face.

[Watchtower]

"Timmy, even your mother couldn't fool me, now what's wrong?" Chloe said seriously but with concern. She knew all the tricks, plus, she was married to her (Ashley's) brother.

Timmy sighed "I hate being short for my age and a lot of the kids tease me about it" he said with a sad look on his face.

[Watchtower]

"Aw." Chloe said while giving Timmy a hug. "You know what, don't worry about those kids. Sometimes the best things come in small packages." She said. "Have you tried talking to your teacher about it?" Chloe asked.

Timmy nodded "Yep, she's teasing me too" he said frowning "I told Dad about it but she still teases me about it, my teacher that is"

[Watchtower]

"Okay, now that part is wrong. Why don't we go talk to mommy and daddy about this and we can get this taken care of once and for all, okay? Is anyone getting physical with you?" Chloe said.

Timmy nodded "Yes, I have a few scars but I pushed and fought them back" he said with a smirk, he was almost proud he was fighting the bullies "And I don't want to talk to my parents about it okay?" he said shrugging his shoulders.

"Timmy, violence is never the answer, even if you didn't start it. And you have to talk to them. Because it's wrong for the bullies to tease others, especially if the bully is a teacher." Chloe said. "Come on, we'll go talk to them together." She said.

Timmy shook his head and with a *whoosh* he was gone, he had super sped out of the house and was heading to one of the kids' houses to go beat them up~

Lois glanced at Chloe "Where is Timmy?" she asked her cousin.

"Oh no!" Chloe muttered. "Lo, I think he's bottling up his problems. He'll probably deny it, but he's still being bullied and I don't know where he went... CLARK!" Chloe shouted and Clark sped over as Chloe got an alert from Bart saying he saw Timmy speed by and it following him and he looks mad. Chloe told Lois and Clark.

Lois was scared now, she had no idea about Timmy was being bullied and he hadn't really talked to her or Clark that much about the situation.

Timmy was now over one of the kids' house and was invisible and chasing the kid around his bedroom which was scaring him badly, Timmy had him crash into the window in his bedroom and then he vanished again.

Roger was horrified, why would anyone want to bully poor Timmy?

[Watchtower]

Bart saved the kid and caught Timmy. "Timmy., what's going on with you?" He asked after pulling him aside and at the same time, supertexting Chloe that he caught Timmy at a kid's house.

Chloe got the text. Chloe was shocked at what she found out as she saw the text. "Clark, you're his father, why don't you go speed on over. Lois and I will follow, I have the coordinates. Roger, will you stay with the rest of the kids?" She asked. "Oh, and Clark, when you get there, just remember, he's just a kid. We just need to get him to talk, okay?" Chloe added.

Roger nodded "Sure sweetheart, and if you need anything don't hesitate to ask okay?"

Lex politely excused himself and went to go check on Renee at the mansion. He would come back later on if he could.

Lois sighed, she couldn't believe that Timmy would harm other kids, why was he suddenly becoming so violent? She just couldn't understand it.

Timmy was angry at Bart for catching him and he wanted to run away but was scared that Bart would catch him again so he stayed put.

[Watchtower]

"I will. Chloe said as she and Lois went to Chloe's car. Clark sped to the kid's house and ran to Timmy and Bart. "Hey, what's going on?" Clark asked.

"I just saw Timmy going to this kid's house. At first, I thought he was running away then I saw what Timmy was doing..." Bart started.

"Thanks, Bart." Clark said. He kneeled down to Timmy's eye level. "Do you want to tell me what's going on, here?" He asked softly and with concern.

Timmy shook his head no and with another whoosh he was gone again.

Lois looked sad and glanced at Chloe "I wonder what has gotten into him"

[Watchtower]

Clark chased after him. "Timmy, you're not in trouble. Just talk to us." He said.

Bart was gonna help chase him down when he saw Chloe and Lois pull up. "Bart, where's Timmy and Clark?" Chloe asked.

"Timmy ran, Clark ran after him." Bart said. Chloe sighed. "Any idea where they went?" She asked.

Bart pointed to the direction Timmy headed. "Call Oliver, we may need Green Arrow." Chloe said quietly so the kid on the porch did not overhear. "Lois, text Roger, get him to access Watchtower from home." Chloe said.

Bart texted Oliver as Chloe sped away. The text said:

Orders from WT: GA is needed. - IMP

Then Bart sped away.

Oliver was working out as he got the text. "What now Bart?" He muttered to himself. He saw the text. "GA needed where? Bart, you need to learn to be more specific!" Oliver muttered with frustration as he ran to get his GA gear. Then he went to Watchtower because he knew that if not Chloe, Roger would be accessing Watchtower, but he saw no one.

Roger got the text and began the access of Watchtower from home, it took about 2 minutes to boot up and log on, he had Christine keep an eye on the kids for the party while he connected to Watchtower.

"Watchtower online" he said grabbing his headset. "Come in team" he said awaiting for connections from the rest of the team members.

Timmy had become invisible and was still running as fast as he could, he refused to answer Clark's statement and he ran as fast he could until he was literally out of the state and was heading towards California.

[Watchtower]

Oliver saw a notification that someone has accessed Watchtower. He turned on his mic. "Arrow online, what's going on?" Oliver said.

Bart turned on his mic. "Impulse online." He said.

Clark turned on his mic. "Superman online." He said

"The other's are on missions and cannot come online." Oliver confirmed.

Roger nodded "Very well, this is concerning young Timothy, he appears to have gone on a rampage and is attacking children from his class, we need to locate his location we can bring him in before he causes anymore damage, he has already attacked once so far so be advised"

[Watchtower]

Chloe had turned on her Mobile Watchtower in her car. She had briefly parked in front of the Talon. "This can't be right, it said Timmy is out of state.." Chloe said in her headset.

"Out of state?, you've got to be kidding me!" Clark said, with worry. He took to the sky.

"I hope this is wrong!" Chloe said. "Roger, can you double check? Lois and I are going to the Headquarters. Is there anyone at the Tower?" Chloe asked as she started going towards Watchtower HQ.

"I'm already at the Tower and I'm double checking myself." Oliver said.

Bart felt helpless. "I'll do some ground searching." He said, not knowing what to do.

Roger nodded "acknowledged will update in a few moments" he checked the satelite as well as as the computer images it showed that Timmy was indeed out of state and he was moving quickly towards the western coast. It was hard to tell for sure since the image was blurry

He picked up the headset "Alright team here is the update it does appear that he is indeed out of state, it would seem he is headed for the west coast of the United States but it is really hard to tell, it would seem that he must be invisible, I repeat he must be invisble, please proceed with caution. Over"

[Watchtower]

Chloe finally arrived at Watchtower.

"I'm on my way." Clark said as he flew overhead.

"Martian Manhunter is in California.. I'll alert him." Oliver said as Chloe went inside.

John was walking back to the hotel he was staying at in California when he got the alert.

Roger checked the screens and alerted Clark of approaching thunderstorms heading toward
the coast of California

[Watchtower]

"Some birthday party..." Chloe muttered under her breath and sighed.1

John saw Timmy, even when he was invisible, and stopped him. "Whoa, you man, where are you going?" He said.

Timmy sighed and refused to say anything. He was tired from all the super speed and he dropped to the ground crying.

Lois hugged Chloe "I am sorry cuz, I hate this too, I can't believe Timmy has kept those feelings
bottled up for so long"

[Watchtower]

John knelt down to Timmy's level. "What's wrong?" He asked with concern.


"MM has a visual, I would stay back, Supes, kid may need to talk to someone else other than the parent right about now." Oliver said.

"GA is right, Supes, let MM talk to him." Chloe confirmed.

"Roger that." Clark said and stayed hidden.

Oliver sighed and turned to Chloe. "I was going to come by with a present." Oliver said with a smile.

"Thanks, Oliver." Chloe said as Oliver gave Chloe the present. It was a music box. "I'm sure Vanessa would like it. And don't be sorry, Lo, I'm not mad. I'm just glad Timmy is safe." She added.

Timmy sobbed "Oh it's awful I get teased all the time about being so short for my age and everyone even my teacher thinks it is weird that my dad is tall and I am not, I hate the teasing and I was tired of them refusing to pick me for the teams at school, I am really good honest I am but they never pick me and sometimes they hit me for no reason or they shove me out of my chair, I hate going to school it is a nightmare for me" he said showing John some of the bruises he had on his legs and arms.

Lois was touched to see that Oliver still thought of Vanessa and seemed to have remained good friends with Chloe even though their romance didn't develop very much. She hoped that Clark was okay with everything now that Timmy was safe and not harming anyone anymore.

Christine had started a simple game of charades for the kids to play.
