^^^ The big question in my opinion is how long will it take for us to know who won considering how things are going now? Will we know by January 20th with it being the day that first time presidents actually get started?

We know who won. Trump can't make anything happen because he has no evidence. I'm looking forward to Ryan gloating and Mike complaining.
Even worse, though, is the possibility Democrats take the Senate.

Tonight's season nine opener was okay, but what I would like to know is why the show has been written the way that its been written now. How far into the future is it supposed to be now? Because the pandemic on the show is now being referred to as a thing of the past, how did things go for the Out Door Man Grill restaurant since that is Kristyn's business? Is the pot shop that Ryan was put in charge of still going strong? Kyle at the end says that he is on his way to teach a Bible class. How close is he to becoming a full fledged preacher? What is Eve, Jenn, and Boyd supposed to be doing now?

I did like how they had a few Zoom jokes with Ed. And Mike's vlogs where he didn't know how long it would last. Mike said he could play Santa. I got the joke. But when Mandy called him a superhero, no Buzz Lightyear reference. I was wondering about the grill too. There's a lot they didn't tell us. And we were given the impression that Tim the Tool Man would be on. I also want to know how they shook hands. I can't tell that there's someone hiding behind Mike wearing his shirt. And how many children does Mandy have? How is there room for all of them? I know it's a big house but they had more than one of the girls in one room when they lived there. I also don't remember that room where the older girl was. My biggest disappointment is we didn't get to see Mike and Ryan react to Trump losing. |

^^^ We probably didn't get anything about Trump because of how things are going right now. If anymore filming of the show still needs to be done after January 20th, maybe then is when the election matter will then be acknowledged.

The Tim Taylor episode aired last night.
Several problems: the exchange student was listed in the cast but didn't appear. Also, with all the time jumps it has been way more than ten years since Mike started doing his vlogs.
And why does Chuck still not have a real office?
That was wonderful seeing Tim and Mike together. Yes, I always thought those noises were annoying. I couldn't stand the man during his first season and I don't even remember why I finally decided to give the show a chance. I later found out he toned down those noises. Lots of really good jokes and Vanessa made a lot of jokes of her own.
Ryan used to be so enlightened. In fact, so did Kyle. They're both more like me.

I am only just now seeing last night's show through the FOX website. Because my days start really early in the morning, I fell asleep early last night which is the big reason why I wish that this show was on earlier in the night. If my memory serves me well enough, Home Improvement was on at 8:30 PM when it first got started in 1991. Anyway, the show that Tim did on there named Tool Time went for ten years and not eight like he said during last night's show. When Tim quit Tool Time during the Home Improvement series finale, he said to Jill at one point that Tool Time was ten years of his life and that he loved the show. The scene where Wilson was being remembered last night was sweet. As "Tim" was leaving, It looked like tears were getting ready to appear in Mike's eyes as the scene was wrapping up there. I love how we got to hear one more grunt at the end of Mike's video clip.  God bless you and Tim and the remaining members of his two cast families always!!! Holly |

I saw last night's show just a little bit ago at the FOX website. The Ryan and Kristyn story line was good stuff. What Ryan said to Mike about those who have lost so much due to the pandemic couldn't have been more true, but what Vanessa said to Kristyn was true too. Communication has to have a good enough presence in a marriage or there won't be much of a marriage to speak of.

I understand Kristen's reluctance to let Ryan take a job that's not him. He doesn't seem like the corporate type and it could change him.

^^^ What Kristin said about Ryan loving the job was completely understandable. She doesn't want him to again push her and their kids aside for something that he will consider to be more important.

I don't think Ryan can afford a house on Mike's street. Even with a new job. Has Boyd disappeared?
I don't remember Vanessa having a sister. And I'm curious why Ed, not Mike, has to approve the girls being in the catalog.
The Vlog was in the middle this week. Also, Vanessa and Jen didn't watch it with all the clutter on the Outdoor Man web site, which I think we're supposed to notice.

I enjoyed all the jokes about the jeep and I'm glad Joe finally came around to Mike's way of thinking. I seriously though Kyle and Mandy were concerned about Mike being around their daughter. His cursing in just last night's episode was way worse than the truth. And Ryan and Kristin did what was expected. It was so funny when Vanessa thought Ed had died. |
