I hope they include the mini series that was on the DVD set called 'Last Call' where we see some of the characters at the local bar.

ION now has Saving Hope on its main page and has October 13 listed as the premiere date. It looks like they'll be showing it from the beginning Where I live we don't have ION. Someone please tell me it will be online too, and for everyone. And none of this selecting a provider because Time Warner is never on the list. |

NOOOO! I can't watch until Thursday. What if it's gone?
And I have other stuff to do that can't be done except at that one library.
If I even attempt video at home, well, we don't want to talk about that. I have the ability now with my new TiVo but it freezes if I even attempt to do video other than what is being broadcast live. The only thing it can do over the Internet is get listings.

I promise to replace it if it is not available. You can try but you can't control what Youtube does. I COULD go to that library tomorrow but if it's sunny it's better to go to the other one. I haven't been there in a long time and I have lots to do there and at a nearby library where I am in the habit of doing something specific. But walking requires good weather and i don't want to lose out on that. Or have to carry an umbrella. |

That was enjoyable.
I don't even remember whether I saw Alex give birth. I need to go through this thread and see what episodes I have and haven't seen. Youtube still has some.
She seemed to adjust well when coming back to work after several months. I was worried that one doctor who didn't want to follow her advice would lose the patient.
It didn't look like a stuntwoman who fell when Maggie was pushed. I was concerned about her.
Where is the cute Jewish doctor with the glasses?
And why has Alex never before worked with a doctor who has been at the hospital for four decades?
I'm afraid to say anything until I know what everyone has seen. But Alex handled herself well and Charlie talking to people others couldn't see was fun as usual. Why I can't recall him using his cell phone to do it I don't know.
For those who haven't seen episode two, I will just say the "ghosts" have reached a couple of new milestones the show has never explored before.

I finally watched the first two episodes.
I liked the first one a lot. It was cute seeing Charlie interacting with the babies. Alex seems to be extremely busy these days now that her maternity leave is finished.
Poor Maggie feels a bit left out. I also like the new doctor Patrick, he's cute and smart.
The second one hit me on an emotional level because of the discussion on alcoholism, I had to live 24 years of experience in dealing with it. Because of it, I rarely drink.
Dawn seems extremely cheerful, hmmmm I wonder why.
Is Maggie leaving? It would seem likely based on the episode's ending.

No, Maggie's not leaving. And I'm glad.
Alex was so good with the cute young resident. She was so strict at first but she's upset about missing the baby's first steps.
Is it just me or is everyone in every episode on helium? Alex sounds like Maggie and Maggie sounds like Bernadette on "Big Bang Theory".
I suppose it's clear the prisoner is going to be talking to Charlie for several episodes. By the way, to me Charlie's hair looks dark.

The reason that the voices sound like that is to prevent YouTube from removing it due to copyrights. I am personally not commenting on the videos on there in case they get removed.
My thoughts on the episode:
I am glad Maggie isn't leaving either! Alex doesn't seem to ready to let her go.
Poor Alex, she had miss Luke walking his first steps.
I liked her helping the young resident. She was tough but good at helping her stay focused on the patient and the operation.
Charlie' s thoughts on the prisoner and clearing his innocence mirror my own. His hair is indeed a bit darker. He cut it really short before filming, he originally had a beard (but I prefer him clean shaven).
Dawn may have a new love interest, good for her!
Shahir has really been expanded upon since we first met him in Season 1.
Zach is a bit of a jerk but I guess he showed that janitor what's what. Wonder if he'll go to law school or just use the check for something else.

I watched the entire first season yesterday from around midnight until 8:30 p.m. I was really surprised how much I love it despite the gruesome surgery scenes. Charlie is still my favorite and I really related to him because my dad's name is John like his dad, I was considered to be weird and a freak, plus I was an only child as well.
