It was a good episode and there was a lot of fighting. Alien fight club was a step up from our usual MMA fights. The big reveal was the last female Red Martian was a fighter in the club. Question: What do you make of the final scene of the episode – immediately after Hank left M’gann’s place? I need to watch that scene again because it was confusing. Mon-El loves to have a good time, but he seems like an okay guy, with no ulterior motives. I think it was a good idea for Supergirl to volunteer to mentor him. Will he move in with her? Kara’s new boss is a grouch, but he is giving her good writing tips. I wondered if she would use Supergirl as a source because she can always back up her comments. Plus, Supergirl would be viewed as a reliable source. I got lucky. I guess this recorded because it didn't record the first time, when my cable went out. Had I known in advance I could have recorded this with an antenna and it might have worked. But I was not looking for this on any night other than Monday and I thought I was being very careful to see what was on every channel. I missed a special about movies, as it turned out. I have always felt like something with missing in the evolution of Kara's relationship with Mon-El. Now I understand. They were right not to let him out into the world. He needs to learn his powers. And he doesn't have many. But the ones he has he must learn to control. Alien fight club was something unique to this episode and I didn't miss anything by missing it. I would have just as soon not seen any of that. I especially didn't like that Megan and Hank had their differences. Megan doesn't care about the past but I am someone who does care about what happened in the past. I'm glad Kara got in to see Lena. And that Lena will make sure Kara gets in to see her whenever she wants. Kara's boss was fair to her this time. Kara had an idea, not a story. He knew all the details she would need. I wasn't expecting anyone to take alien on alien violence seriously, but I guess they do. |

hope Mon-El get a better 2nd half. Mon-El should receive more power from the yellow sun than he does. Perhaps he will "discover" additional abilities. I like him and I hope he does. |

I am a Nicholas Cage fan and I think I would have hated to see him in the "Superman Lives" spectacle, but I am enthusiastic to see what CW/Kevin Smith does with "Supergirl Lives". TheFlashFan I love the videoclips because they are both informative and fun to watch. Thanks for posting them. |
