I agree.
Arrow was good. Diggle hesitated in the field and the team was upset. Dinah scowls at him all the time because she knows he was injured. During the last battle in the hotel, Diggle hesitated again, but then he made a decision and gave the team orders that worked well. He was 100% accurate with the crossbow, but how he achieved stability is not good.
It was nice of Felicity to volunteer to be a tutor and that worked well. Olicity is on again.

Arrow had a lot of action and Felicity was in the middle of it. Oliver justifiably did not want Felicity going anywhere with Alena/Hacktivist. I liked seeing Oliver in the role of Overwatch while Felicity was in the field.
I would have thought Black Siren had gotten a good look at Green Arrow before last night, but she did not notice his skin was a different shade. She decided what was different was the crossbow. That made me laugh.
Apparently, Cayden James was not really going to kill millions of people. He tricked Alena so she would get Felicity to hack the internet’s firewall. He then uploaded “a critical piece of code to Arklight”. I do not know what Arklight is.
I will probably learn what that was about when I view the video.

I enjoyed this action-packed episode. Oliver cannot fight at home, but he was willing to fight abroad to help Slade. Oliver told Slade he was out of practice and should accept his help, but Slade did not look like he was out of practice when he stormed the lair of the people who took his son. He was awesome and did not need the Mira kuru to make him strong. Meanwhile, back in Star City, Dinah and the rest of the team were being harassed by the FBI agent Samanda Watson. Vigilante tried to kill Councilwoman Pollard but Dinah pushed her out of the way. Later, when Vigilante tried again, Dinah switched to Black Canary and stopped him. She had a conversation with him and learned that dark matter had changed him. A bullet to the head will not kill him. Dinah let him go and told Diggle he got away. There were two reveals in this episode. 1) Vigilante is Dinah’s former partner and lover. once you find out who vigilante was let me know if it was lame or good. I do not think it is lame because it adds another mystery for the team to solve. They will wonder why Vigilante always gets away when Dinah is around. I think when people were debating who Vigilante was, someone suggested Dinah's partner. 2) Slade’s son, Joseph, is the leader of the Jackals. He might be more of a killer than Slade.

Since it could not be Adrian Chase, I am okay with it being Dinah's partner. It had to be someone who was mentioned already or I would feel they tricked us.

Promises Kept
That was an intense episode. Slade and his son are not on the same team, and I was sure one of them was going to die. I hope he finds his other son and have a good relationship with him. Joe said he slit someone’s throat six months after their camping trip, but he looked so young. That’s awful.
Green Arrow/Diggle wanted to run through the fire to grab some of the drugs. His addiction is bad, but Curtis will help him. I thought Oliver would have to wear the suit next week, but he cannot if he gets arrested.
I enjoyed it and thought it was exciting.
