If enough time has passed I'll just say it. I was so happy to see Caitlin meet her father and then this has to go and happen.
I'm confused about how cold it was. Surely they weren't actually experiencing near absolute zero. There were two temperature gauges and the first one had a low enough temperature for their reactions.
I wonder when Cisco will finally heal?
Joe was missing but his wife was funny. She gets things done.

It was a good episode even though Nora was upset again. I am glad Barry and Iris helped her to work through her anger.
I really like the special effects for Flash like when his eyes flash and the streams of light that surround him when he is in action. But no one said "Run, Barry, run!" Oh well.
I could not help it...I laughed when the woman dropped the vehicle on her "father". That was really cold-hearted. Something about that scene does not make sense to me though. If he was a projection, how did he flip the vehicle up?
Sherloque and Cisco and Caitlin were funny when they were having their "thankless" toast. Then Sherloque insisted on thanking the colonists who stole the land.

Has it been mentioned Cisco is Native American? That would explain his hair. But once I found out he had a Spanish name, I just figured he was Hispanic. Although many Latinos in this country are part Native American.
Nora wants so much for Barry not to save people. But he is needed. Both of them are.
I liked seeing the story of Cicada's daughter, even if she got nasty at one point.
The dollhouse reminded me of a movie I saw recently. A serial killer built dollhouses. Little girls really liked him, and he really liked little girls. I mean really liked little girls.

I enjoyed this episode very much and I am happy Tom Cavanagh did an excellent job of directing it. He is receiving a lot of positive comments from fans.
I was excited to see the slo-mo close-up of the Flash ring. That was nice.
Harry Wells has always been one of my favorites and seeing him as so many different Wells tonight was a special treat.
The Time Wraith scene was exciting. Looked like it was going to grab Barry.
I liked it when Wells/Thawne told Cisco he had a vibe about him. It was a shock when Wells asked Barry if Nora was his daughter "Dawn" and then said at least he had one of them. "One of them" - what happened?
Sherloque has been suspicious of Nora's motives since the beginning and now he is convinced she is being duplicitous. The ending was very surprising and I want to watch the episode again.

I watched What’s Past is Prologue again and enjoyed it as much the second viewing. I appreciate there being some humor like the failed handshake between Wells and Cisco; Cisco calling Sherloque “Space Invader”; Killer Frost calling Cicada “cricket freak”; and their debate on naming the dark matter device, along with Cisco referring to the satellite as “Sally”.
They managed to show a lot of characters from the seasons and seeing them now after the mystery has been revealed was interesting.
I focused my attention on the interaction between Wells and Nora. Thawne/Wells made significant eye contact with Nora and she gave him an affirmative nod when he was arguing with Barry about repairing the device. Then he agreed to do it. He gave Nora a courteous bow and later, Sherloque bowed to her in a similar manner.
Grodd!!!

How exactly do you direct yourself?
I'm confused. Thawne never existed after Eddie was killed. And yet there he was. And how exactly did he go home, and how did that affect the timeline? Barry and Nora were trying to be careful not to mess anything up.
Keeping something where it would be found many years later was used in "Timeless". And something similar was done in "Back to the Future III". The company was told to deliver the item, and there were bets over whether the person would really know what it was about.
I was glad there was some humor.
I'm surprised Nora didn't know Barry's mother was killed, or at least that Thawne did it. I'm even more surprised Barry didn't mention his father going to prison for the murder.
It looks like all that effort was for nothing but it was interesting to see the process. In the end, only Killer Frost could save them and that would have been all that was necessary.
I liked the comment about "a vibe".
Dawn, not Nora? What do we not know?
