Did anyone else hear a sonic pitch when the new Arrow/vigilante attacked last night???
My ( very early ) guess is that it's Laurel. At the very least, she is connected somehow.

The biggest mistake Diaz' man made was to taunt Oliver about killing Felicity. I noticed they were not threatening William, which is a good thing. I have never seen Oliver punish anyone the way he did that man in the yard.
The way Felicity was talking about defending herself makes me think she is going to turn vigilante.
It might seem to William as if he is losing everyone, but a lot of rich kids go to boarding school. I hope he will be safe there.
I do not think Diggle is the vigilante.
The vigilante did not keep the money he stole from the flash drive; he gave it to people in the area. I think he must know Wild Dog because he made a donation to his training group.
It was exciting to see Oliver handle himself in prison.

I hear the sound at 6 minutes into the episode. I remember thinking they were getting creative with the sound effects of the arrows.  But the sound is definitely there. Although TPTB said the person will be revealed this season, they would not say when. |

Ok, so it looks like Laurel 2 has actually started up the road to becoming a better person. Looks sincere this time around and makes sense after the death of her ‘father’.
We see another hint that she may be the new Arrow/vigilante near the end of the episode when she makes her apology to Dinah.
Dinah is looking at a sketch of said vigilante. She lowers it and Laurel is standing right behind it.
However, this seems kinda obvious, so it may actually be a misdirection to fool the viewers.
Food for thought.

If Laurel is the new Arrow, she is doing a good job of misdirection by taking a stand against vigilantes. I do accept her no longer being a villain.
Oliver is coping with his situation better than I expected. His decision to harm himself rather than the guard was surprising, but quite noble. It seemed to impress his new crew.
I have reservations about Felicity's actions. I do understand her concern for their safety, but her refusal to go along with Diggle's plan was dangerous.
I am enjoying the show but I need to research the Longbow Hunters. I do not remember them working with Diaz.

There was a lot of action and they squeezed a lot of emotional drama in with the action. I enjoyed it. I did not like Arrow's team and the FBI agent failing in their attempt to capture Diaz. In spite of his proclivity for violence and murder, I actually like Diaz as an awesome villain. He said the fall from the roof broke every bone in his body when he hit the water. He used the pain to make him stronger. Now he has that green stuff that makes men stronger and not feel pain. My money is on Diaz rather than Arrow's followers.
Oliver is doing an awesome job of fighting the prison crew. When he was forced to fight in that death match, he showed no mercy. I bet we will recognize the "demon", but they have not shown him yet.

I did not expect to see Dinah in the future flashes. She was still a strong fighter although she should be old enough to be a grandmother. Roy sounded bitter about whatever happened in the past.
It now seems like the new Green Arrow really is a man and I cannot guess who it is.
Felicity is going over to the dark side.
That doctor is trying to brainwash Oliver, but I thought shock therapy was illegal.

Arrow was very exciting. It was a bonus to see Oliver in the narrow corridor fight scene. He does that so well and this time he had help. When he was fighting Dahlia, he used some unique moves that were impressive. Dahlia took care of Dr. Parker and she kept her promise to give Felicity the data.
Curtis did not want to go undercover or be Mr. Terrific again. But when he went into action and got that adrenaline rush, I could tell he enjoyed it.
Diaz caught up with Anatoly.
Maybe Laurel will get Oliver released from prison next week.
