SEASON 6, EPISODE 1 • PREMIERE 4/30/19, 9:00 PM ON WNUVDT 54 • TV-14 • STEREO • CC
Still reeling after receiving Monty's message, a small group goes down to explore the mysterious new planet; several members of Wonkru face the consequences of their decisions. Cryogenics has no effect on resentments or grudges. "It's not a planet; it's a moon!" Test the water on the beach by stripping off clothes and diving in. Serene setting - but more grudges. Killer insects - run! Oh no, someone tripped! More jibes and animosity. "They have a castle." Murphy is being a jerk, but he is having fun. Waiting for him to cause a major problem on the ground. The ship was stolen. Someone went berserk. That place is not a paradise.

6.3 The Children of Gabriel

Children of Gabriel
Finally! Bellamy finally realizes his sister is a menace. I always thought that and wanted him to stop acting as if she was a child. After Octavia slaughtered some unarmed people, Bellamy refused to let her get back on the ship. He told her she needed to realize and admit that she was wrong.
The children of Gabriel have a strong desire to kill the Primes. The Primes are the direct descendants of seven people who populated the moon. They are supposed to be peaceful leaders of the Sanctum, but I am sure that issues will be revealed. Otherwise, why would the children of Gabriel want to kill them. Also, I think the Sanctum sacrifices young girls.
Murphy is resentful of Clarke because of what she did last season. I did not watch all of the episodes, so I do not know why Clarke did what makes people hate her. Clarke has dark (not red) blood which is the same as the Primes.
The characters are interesting but, once again, the season is focusing on anger, resentments and killing.

The Face Behind The GlassOn a lighter note, Jordan became friends with Delilah and she became his first lover. After her Naming Day event, Jordan was prevented from approaching her. Clarke hooked up with a handsome man and left the party with him. While at his place, she saw suspicious drawings which indicated he was a spy for the children of Gabriel. He shot her with a paralytic dart. When security burst in, the man killed himself rather than be captured. Russell directed the guards to carry Clarke to the "inner" Sanctum ceremonial room. The Prime practice a form of immortality by inserting a deceased prime's mind into a host body. Because Clarke has the night blood, she was used as a host. What will happen now?

Memento Mori
Most of the violence takes place in the woods with Octavia. After she submerged her body in the quicksand, the solar flare damaged her hand. After treatment, the damage slowed but her hand did not completely heal. Her arm seemed to make movement beyond her control which turned out to be a drawing of the solar flare. The solar flare anomaly is affecting Octavia and the symbol appears on Xavier's chest. (I did not recognize Xavier is Dr. Jared Kalu from "The Good Doctor". I am glad he landed a good role.) Madi is a commander and struggled to separate her mind from another commander. I must have missed the background episode so I do not understand Madi's significance. Madi seems to be going over to the dark side and she fired Gaia. Clarke's mind survived the transfer and is awake.

The Old Man and the Anomaly
Murphy proposed marriage to Emori. Xavier has one of the Prime’s chips in his head. He explained he wanted to get rid of it, but the person who was groomed to remove it did not. Madi killed Primes and now there are five dead Primes in five days. Raven did not agree with Abby’s plan to save Marcus, but she did what was necessary. The procedure was successful. Octavia and Diyoza walked into the anomaly. Although no one had ever returned, Octavia emerged and her arm was cured. Diyoza did not return with her. Bellamy kidnapped Josephine so that they can attempt the procedure to oust Josephine and return Clarke’s brain to its original state.
Now that Marcus has a different body, they do not need to explain Henry Ian Cusick’s absence from the show. Cusick has a starring role in season 4 of “MacGyver”.

What You Take With You
First time this season someone was floated - voluntarily.
Octavia is on a redemption arc.
Clarke is fighting back.
Abby is making drastic choices. I wonder how her people will view her now.
Gabriel is not the bad guy; he is trying to do the morally correct thing.

Sanctum
SEASON 6, EPISODE 1 • PREMIERE 4/30/19, 9:00 PM ON WNUVDT 54 • TV-14 • STEREO • CC

The ship was stolen. Someone went berserk. That place is not a paradise. Once again, I have an hour left before my next show. Not enough time for a movie. I've forgotten a lot of what I would have needed to know. Either a new actress plays Raven or my inability to recognize people has gotten worse. I thought her name was Jordan but fortunately Abby called her Raven. Wow, she's bitter. I really hoped they could save Kane. Strange solution but maybe it'll work. Abby is still struggling with her addiction. She's their only doctor, isn't she? They were right not to let Octavia out. I did like her outfit. Now, can they possibly do what they did to Kane or is she going to be trouble? Clarke's "daughter" hasn't been let out but they do mention her. Bellamy makes a good leader. They're being so mean to Clarke. I got worried when Shaw was the pilot they needed and it looked like he wouldn't make it. Can that girl … oh, well, someone stole it. I'm glad Murphy is having fun because we desperately need it. A red sun so why no super powers?

Red Sun Rising
SEASON 6, EPISODE 2 • NEW 5/7/19, 9:00 PM ON WNUVDT 54 • TV-14 • STEREO • CC
The team on the ground fights to survive the threat they face on the new planet; Raven must join forces with an unlikely ally to save everyone on board the Mothership. I don't remember Raven even being in the episode. I remember her being mentioned. The problem is I don't even remember what she looks like. That was scary having all those people show up on the mother ship, but whoever saved the rest of the group did an amazing job. That must have been Clarke's adopted daughter who showed up later. Octavia is still angry. On the ground, it happened pretty much as I expected. of course they were chained, but they used the keys to get loose in an emergency, and then they were all causing chaos. And everyone still has a grudge against Clarke. I don't know who the "doctor" is on the ground. I thought I was going to like the flashbacks because life seemed almost normal, but that went downhill fast.

What I like most about this season is that the original group spends most of their time focused on a common enemy. They still argue and hold grudges, but they are not killing each other.
Utopia are never the perfect paradise that they seem to be. The elite and the people they need to continue their lifestyle are treated well. The others live a tough life.

I watched all the episodes but I don't remember what Clarke did and it's time for them to get over it. However, she is really paying the price now because they were about to deny her group. Because she has the blood, apparently that will change. Octavia is still misbehaving. She is at least prettier now. I saw a girl being called "Raven" but I did not recognize her. I liked the princess but of course no one on this show is allowed to be happy. I'm glad they didn't kill Murphy because we need his sarcasm.

The finale was exciting. I was becoming confused and a little annoyed when every plan seemed to go awry. They lost some of their original crew but I am glad Murphy and Clarke are still around. Oh, good, Murphy made it through. And so did Clarke. I won't read any more so I won't find out exactly what that means. It was Clarke's body but it wasn't her looking in the mirror at the end of the last episode I watched. While I didn't like losing Clarke, I had to like hearing the girl occupying Clarke's body saying essentially "I look GOOD!" I'm still confused about what's going on with Clarke. They kept showing her eyes when she was paralyzed. I don't quite understand why they have to keep quiet about her special power or the fact her "daughter" has it. And Clarke has gone back to liking guys. Murphy wasn't in the episode. I'm not sure I've figured out what happened with Raven. I saw another girl with Bellamy that I thought was her but she's prettier. She's had a hard life. I don't even remember how she joined the cast. As for Raven, I did know it was her when she went in that room where the motorcycle was and offered to work on it. I liked how she and the guy were getting along but something happened later. I also liked how they both wanted to ignore the festivities. I'm still confused. The way they described Rose I thought she was the girl who was being crowned or whatever you want to call it. I was pleased Octavia showed compassion for the girl because I thought Octavia had moved beyond having feelings for others. I liked how she was able to escape with Rose but something happened to Rose. The girl who was actually crowned was in a relationship with Jordan. I hadn't considered how Jordan felt lonely and wanted to get to know all those people who were on cold storage. And he's not entirely happy with his life now. The Prime practice a form of immortality by inserting a deceased prime's mind into a host body. Because Clarke has the night blood, she was used as a host. What will happen now? Delilah. That's her name. I somehow missed that.

The Gospel of Josephine was a very good episode. It rekindled my interest in the show. I found it quite disturbing. Now we know why Delilah is acting so strange. I'm not happy about that because I liked her. Murphy's sarcasm may have been the best thing about the episode. I was pleased Bellamy figured out Clarke wasn't Clarke and I hope the description of what happened doesn't mean Clarke can't come back. I found her behavior as Josephine disturbing at first but I kind of liked her attitude. I was concerned about Octavia. The other girl and her baby, not so much. After all, she's in the history books next to Hitler.
