I think the promos for this episode tricked me. When Frost said the person needed to determine what they wanted to be in the post-crisis world, I thought she was talking to Iris. But Cisco also has long hair.
The team managed to survive even though Flash was away, but they were one second away from death. After talking with Barry, Iris seemed to agree that they should slow down and enjoy life. Then she ran off and got into more trouble.

You are probably right. I was thinking they had done something to Iris similar to what they did to the black hole woman but mirror image sounds better.
