"America's Funniest Home Videos" had a Superman on a stage being held up by wires, but his feet ended up higher than his head.
There was also an entire category of superheroes. One girl, asked if she was Thor, said no, she was five. A Child in a Spider-Man costume kept saying he was Superman.

On "Match Game", where Lynda Carter was a celebrity, the six celebrities and the contestant were supposed to fill in the blank.
Lynda Carter says the Justice League is a real boys' club. Superman shows (I forget what he showed) and Batman shows me his ____.
The most popular answer was The Batmobile.

Adam and Andi on "Man with a Plan" didn't know the new security camera was filming them. Still, Adam made a copy and put it on his wife's iPad. Ruthie of "Lethal Weapon" is Adam's mom and she borrowed the iPad. Adam's dad, hearing they needed the iPad, handed them paper. He argued that it was a pad. It turned out Adam's co-worker had the iPad. Adam was upset because he was the man's hero and you shouldn't see Superman without his cape. Or underwear.

On "Life in Pieces" someone told Jen that Wonder Woman and Iron Man couldn't date because iron man wasn't an actual superhero but only had gadgets.

On "Life Sentence" Stella is a volunteer at a hospital and she spends time with a hot doctor who treats cancer (she went through cancer treatment and was cured). The doctor was having family problems and Stella, foolishly since she is having problems in her marriage and the doctor is only one of those, told the doctor to send up the bat signal if he needed a friend.

Jack got married on "Will and Grace" but it was a disaster. The worst, in fact, since Batman married Robin. I didn't follow what they were talking about.

Cheyenne and Glenn on "Superstore" were cleaning out some of Glenn's junk. Glenn found a baseball card for Micky Mantle and believed he knew who that was, but he threw away the card when he saw that Mantle wasn't famous yet when the card was sold.
Cheyenne found an Action Comics from 1938. That was so old, she said. And Superman didn't even look like Dean Cain! She tore it in half and threw it in the trash.

On "The Good Place" Eleanor is in charge of saving humanity. Chidi is the philosophy professor who can make it happen. Eleanor referred to him as being like "Superman with nervous diarrhea."

Lana, asked on "Celebrity Family Feud" which superhero wears the costume best, answered "Superman". She was the wife of someone I had never heard of.

"Celebrity Family Feud" had a whole category of reasons to make fun of Superman.
Clark's glasses was one no one seemed to think of. Or maybe they did. I forget. I just know the first team to play didn't get it. So if anyone got it, it was the other team trying to steal after three strikes. That's a strange response since Superman doesn't wear glasses.

Last night Diedrich Bader was on "Pyramid". Michael Strahan commented on his performance as Batman. I first heard of Bader when he was on a show with Adam West. They didn't appear together, but each episode consisted of two entirely separate stories.
