I enjoyed the flashbacks as well. Now we know what happened to cause Andrea to do such evil deeds.
Somehow Alex was not put under control, and that was a relief.
Kara got rid of her bangs but Supergirl still has them.
Lena can get whatever food she wants! All she has to do is ask Supergirl.
Lena's lawyer looked familiar. When they showed William's friend again I thought that was him at first, but he does look different.

I knew it was a bad idea for Supergirl to let Lena into The Fortress of Solitude.
I hate that their relationship is damaged. It was so sad to see Supergirl's reaction.
I wonder how J'onn contacted his father. The other time or times it was like what Supergirl was able to do when she thought her mother was dead. But this time he knew what was happening, which would seem to require being alive. I did like how the father reacted to the news of what J'onn had done.
Brainiac is acting strange now.

When the fortress of solitude security system demanded the intruder remove her weapons, Supergirl said there were no weapons. I doubted that Supergirl had scanned for a hidden device.
How long did Lena plan to leave Supergirl trapped? I do not think that friendship can be mended.
