I enjoyed the episode and it had a lot of drama and action. Pat and Beth took a big chance when they entered Cindy's home. The goggles detected something abnormal about the stepmother, but they did not have an opportunity to analyze her. Beth never seemed like she was very brave so I was surprised she ventured into the secret tunnel alone. Then, when she heard the growl, she turned and ran out. That was cute.
When Cindy visited Courtney, she pretended she wanted to be friends, but later threatened her. Because Cindy was modified by her father, she heals quickly, which puts Stargirl at a grave disadvantage. Cindy's father has a dark history and he obviously did not teach Cindy any positive values.
Stargirl's staff wanted to follow Pat's caution, but Stargirl told it her friends were in danger. So they went into battle together.
