I had to decide which to watch first. I should have chosen this because it was funnier, when it was funny.
I did like seeing Caitlin and Frost separate.
I was so confused about Nora. Why is she so old and why is she white? I looked her up and found out there are two of them. Did I just not know what Barry's mom's name was?
Next week looks like it will be good.

A very confusing episode. How does being sent back in time change your clothes? And you're not really in another time if you're with others.

I'm confused about Frost. What is she if not Frost? I get that she doesn't want to be a villain and Joe is warning her someone is after her.
But I enjoyed seeing Cisco and Chester back in the 90s. And Chester got to have one last moment with his father which was very valuable. And he learned the truth.
I still don't know who that guy is who is in control.
I had to look it up to find out why Nora had red hair and was older. Okay, she looks like Barry's mom. But she's really the Speed Force.

Chester is a valuable member of the team.
Frost isn't guilty of anything that serious and I couldn't believe they arrested Caitlin.

I have to wonder how that girl didn't notice that Barry's voice and The Flash's voice are the same.
Killer Frost doesn't have a name? I've already forgotten exactly what her history is, but it seems she has always shared a body with Caitlin and she started showing up only a few years ago. At least Caitlin didn't get sentenced. Frost having a separate body is an advantage. Caitlin did admit to helping Frost by doing something illegal.
Now how does Frost getting a life sentence help anyone? Surely they'll figure a way out of that.
Up until now The Speed Force has been as nice as Barry's real mother, but now this happens? Although she was harder on the girl than Barry was.
