Moderator jobs shouldn't have to be done all day, we should be able to leave and post as being the unseen guide but also be ready to step in as necessary.

Very few message boards have the same staff on all day and night, they try to rotate their post times and online presence. Since we have a smaller group we still do rotate but there's always at least one of us nearby.

However, he gets paid to be there full-time. |
