It didn't get up to 90 Saturday but it was 95 and humid yesterday. I started hearing a lot of thunder, so I recorded the Spectrum Cable news channel. The meteorologist said the storm wasn't severe but listed a bunch of towns and when it would arrive. It said the storm would arrive in my town at 8:07. Actually, the storm stopped and I never heard any more thunder. The man also said the storm would arrive in the town 2 miles away at 8:22. That makes no sense.
Fewer storms tomorrow and Wednesday, and cooler.

96 was the hottest so far this year.
It was cooler for one day although it looked like it was about to rain all day but didn't. 83 is really cool this time of year.
But back in the 90s in no time. It rained pretty much everywhere yesterday at some point but not for very long.
I heard thunder today and a few minutes later my Wisconsin radio station quit. When the audio from the TV came back (and I don't know if this was related) I was hearing a severe thunderstorm warning from over 60 miles away. This is inconsiderate! A crawl is sufficient. But I was almost through using the computer. I always turn off the TV when I get off the computer.

95 both Saturday and Sunday, officially.
And not far from here, flooding. Parts of Charlotte were flooded too. I don't think it has rained here since Friday.

Every day it has been at least 95.
And no rain here but I could see where it was raining nearby.
And worse this weekend.
Even in Wisconsin they're talking about the heat index!

Officially, 90 on Saturday. I was at the grocery store when I could see heavy rain. At home, I heard thunder. I went to the post office and could see the heavy rain was nearby but it wasn't coming toward where I live.
93 Sunday, and no rain.
Today is the last day but no rain so far. I just heard a forecast, not specifically for my area, that said the rest of the week will be really nice.

Lots of rain Tuesday and my brand new roof is already leaking. I'll have to find out what to do.
84 Wednesday, a record low yesterday of 61.

Wow that is a lot of rain. How long ago was the roof fixed? 99-98 today and mostly sunny. I didn't even say how much rain we had. I don't know. The roof was replaced entirely sometime this year. i'm sure I posted when it was done. 89 Saturday and 91 yesterday but the low was 64. Edit: I couldn't find when I had the "Speechless" problem on the Vent Thread but I did post about my roof on January 11.

Is that cool for you at this time of the year there?
Was it on this thread you posted it on?

Officially 91 Wednesday but that was before storms. I was driving home and I could see storms off in the distance. I got rained on briefly.
94 yesterday, which was surprising because it was supposed to rain a lot and it was going to be cooler. There was a lot of thunder and it finally rained where I was. Hard. I saw the radar later and at that time there was a lot of lightning, which the radar also shows.
Today was supposed to be a repeat of yesterday but it has only looked like rain. It may have been cooler.

The high was 87 today and felt comfortable when the window fans were on. Tomorrow will be 90 degrees. It is surprising that 3 degrees difference can be very uncomfortable.

It was supposed to rain all weekend but Saturday was nice. It was cloudy and looked like it might rain later. And it did briefly. There was more rain at night.
Yesterday was different. After lunch it rained a lot of the time.
Today it rained a little in the morning but the sun came out. It has looked like rain all day.

It has stayed in the 80s most of the week. It looked like it would rain all day Wednesday and I even felt a few drops but nothing really where I live or where I was.
Yesterday was different. It got up to 93.
There was one day when I heard thunder at night but most of the rain was to the south.

The temperature is 82, but I am not convinced. I went outside and the sun felt like it was in the upper 90s. However, it is comfortable inside the house.

Back in the 90s on the weekend, at least officially.
I had two weather bulletins that interrupted what I was watching on my TiVo. It's not right that Spectrum can just take control of the TV like that. But I guess if the event had been in my area, that would be a good thing. A funnel cloud did not touch down, but it was a long way from where I live. On the other hand, I used to live near where it was.
