After the previews from last week I’m super excited for tonight’s episode! I’m anxious to see what happens with Sam and his Lucifer induced insomnia and how Cas is re-introduced into the show and what they do with him. And how does Dean deal with everything? Bring it on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is it 9pm yet?

Woohoo right off the bat we start off with Sammy losin his mind and running. He looks strung out. He just came across a drug dealer who's asking what he took. LOL There's Lucifer telling him to tell the drug dealer. "Stupid Satan chasin ya all the way to...where the hell are we??"
Dealer guy is offering Sam something to knock him out. Looks like it worked only a short time. HAHA Lucifer is singing to Sam. "Good morning to you"
OMG Sam is trying to run from Lucifer again.............CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!He ran right into and got hit by a car.
Dean just barged into a Dr's office about Sam. They have him on the locked psychiatric floor. The Dr is trying to figure out how to treat his insomnia. The sedatives they are putting him under aren't working.
Awwww poor Sammy looks so beat up and sad and tired.
Dean told Sam he's gonna find him help. Sam doesn't think he'll be able to find anything. OMG Sam he just.........ugh this is killin me. Dean "Quit being Dolly-freakin-Yoda about this. Get pissed!!"
Awww the boys just had a moment.....HAHA Lucifer called them out on it. Dean left.
Dean's calling everyone he knows now to try and find Sam help.
The Dr's are still trying to diagnose Sam. They are giving him meds. He just keeps sitting there and Lucifer keeps talking. Ugh this is heartbreaking.
Dean keeps trying to find someone and is drinking lots of beer. OMG his journal with his phone contacts fell on the floor and opened to a taxidermist? Was that Bobby that made that happen???
The Dr is asking how Sam is. He says he's alright. OMG the Dr isn't the Dr it's Lucifer. OMG poor Sam! As horrible that he looks he's still freakin hot with the messy hair and the ever growing beard.
Ewwwwwwwwwww he just tried to eat a sandwich and he sees magggots. There aren't maggots there of course. Poor guy can't even eat anymore.
The contact possible ghost Bobby gave Dean called him. The guy is telling him about another guy. It's a guy who can heal people and nothing supernatural can affect him.
Ugh poor Sam now Lucifer is screaming at him thru a megaphone.
A young girl just walked in his room wanting his food. Lucifer screamed at Sam and made him flinch and the girl left.
Dean's gone to find Daphne who could find the guy who can heal people. The guy who answered the door is a demon! He has Daphne tied up. Oooh yeah go Dean!! He just killed him with the knife!!!!
OMG there's Cas!!!! Dean looks completely spooked!!!!!!!!!!!
Cas isn't Cas. He's Emanuel. OMG Daphne is his wife.
Emanuel is offering. Dean told him it's his brother.
OMG Lucifer is playing "Wake up little Suzie"
Lucifer is claiming he won.
Sam just laid down to try and rest and Lucifer is throwing fire crackers.
Dean is asking how Emanuel and Daphne got together. Daphne found him wandering "God wanted her to find me"

The young girl is coming to see Sam again. She brought him a candy bar. He has no strength to open the package. Sam's asking why the girl is there. She's suicidal and feels like crap. She wants everything to be over.
Sam's being sympathetic to her even tho he is going thru a rough time. She's asking who he hears. She guessed Charlie Manson or the Devil. Sam asked why she set a fire. She's freaking on him. Her brother is the voices she hears. He tells her to kill herself to be with him.
Dean and "Emanuel" are in the car still. Dean is telling him about Cas but not telling him the name Cas and everything he did and that he's pissed at him. He broke his brother's head. "I used to be able to shake this stuff off"....."What Cas did I just can't and I don't know why"
Emanuel is telling him he's not a machine...he's human. "Your friends name was Cas? That's an odd name"
Dean just walked into a convenience store and there's another demon thee. Oh crap Dean's phone just got smashed. Oh crap 3 more demons!! Noooo Dean!!!! OMG someone just killed a demon and the other one bailed!! Dean thought it was Emanuel. It's Meg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dean is wondering what Meg wants. She's wondering what Cas is doing in the guy Emanuel's body??? She's telling Dean he needs to be careful that Crowley doesn't find out about "Emanuel" Cas. She says she's going to help. He's letting her go with them. He took his knife back from her.
Emanuel knows Meg is a demon. She told him they go way back....he looked at her funny. "Dean and me....we go way back" Yeah good save there Meg. Don't want to freak the amnesiac Cas out.
Back to Sam and the young girl Sam is going to try and help Marin. She said she didn't start the fire and Sam believes her. She told him he needs to sleep cause his body is going to start shutting down. Sam is asking if she sees her dead brother. Nope. She hears him when she's alone and she gets cold. She thinks she's crazy. She's asking how he can help. Sam told her, her brother is a ghost. "Why should I trust you?" Sam "Cause it's your only shot"
She has a bracelet that her brother gave her that he was wearing when he hurt himself so there's blood on it. Sam's asking if she has a lighter.
She got a lighter. Sam's locking the door and they have salt too. Lucifer just blew the salt circle away but it's not really gone. They got in the circle. Oh crap the lights are flickering and there's the brother. He's beggin her not to do it. All the lights busted and the door blasted open. Sam burned the bracelet and now the brother is gone. Awww she thanked him before he ran off.
Crap the security guys got Sam and now he's strapped down.
Dean, Emanuel and Meg are at the hospital where Sam is. There are lots of demons outside. Meg's asking how to "blast thru that" LOL Meg is telling Dean to tell Emanuel who he is. Dean doesn't want to but Emanuel heard them and knows that Dean knows who he is.
Meg told him he's an angel.
"Is that a flirtation?"
He's figured out he's Cas now. Meg is telling him to smite every demon in the place. "I'm sure it's just like riding a bike"
"I don't know how to do that either"
OMG Emanuel is walking up to the demons and smiting them. He's remembering who he is and getting memories with each smite. He looks perplexed.
Meg "That was beautiful Clarence"
Dean asks "Cas???"............... Cas "I remember you. I remember everything"
"What I did. What I became....why didn't you tell me?"
Dean told him about Sam. Cas just walked away. "I shouldn't be here" I think he feels guilty.
OMG they are putting Sam in electroshock therapy?
? The orderly is a demon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CRAP!!!!!!! Dean is telling Cas he did the best he could at the time. "We didn't part friends Dean. I deserved to die"
He's wondering why he walked out of the river. Dean "Maybe to fix it!"
OMG Dean has Cas' trenchcoat!!!!!
Sam's still being electroshocked. There's Cas wearing his trenchcoat and he smited the demon!!
Cas "Oh Sam, I'm so sorry" YAY I'm glad he apologized!! I hope Sam is ok now!!!! I forgive Cas even tho I'm still mad at what he did to Sam!!!!!
OMG NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sam isn't cured!!!!!!!! Lucifer is still there. Sam's mind is crumbled. There's nothing Cas can do.
Sam is so out of it.
Cas thinks he might be able to shift it??? Cas is telling Sam he's sorry if it hurts. Sam sees Lucifer standing in front of him. OMG Cas pulled the hell out of Sam. Now Cas sees Lucifer.
Sam is ok but now Cas is screwed. Dammit!!! Can't win at all!!!
Sam's leaving the hospital and Cas is checked in now. He looks completely lost. Sam doesn't want to leave Cas there because of the demons. Dean thinks it's the safest place for him. Sam mentioned something about friends. Dean said they don't have any friends left.
That's true. They are all alone!! Oh crap who is that interviewing??? OMG Meg is trying to get a job at the hospital where Cas is. The Dr gave her the job. OK this is interesting! UGH that's it?
How the hell did this hour go by so freakin fast!!!!!!!!!! 
Party on Garth! LOL They have to hunt drunk to see the being in the next eppy and Garth is there with them. OMG this is gonna be hilarious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
