I'm not sure what last night's episode is called, but what did everyone think? Also, that Mad Hatter episode last week, OMG! Aeryn, I'm sure you would have loved last night's episode as we saw your man in more than a couple scenes... One question I want to ask, who was that at the very end? The woman Red found in the back of the building? Was that Mary Margaret?

That was Prince Charming's wife. The one Mary Margaret is accused of killing. That is sort of confusing because the DNA results said it was her heart in the jewelry box. There might be a problem between Charming and Mary because he doubted her innocence. Of course, he was remembering their alternate lives and it confused him. But maybe he should not have shown her his doubt. At least now I know why the queen/mayor hates Snow White. I thought she just hated everyone. She is bitter because she lost the opportunity to be with her true love. Last night's episode finally answered some questions. The Mad Hatter episode was great. Poor guy. He played the role very well. Made me think of some of Johnny Depp's roles. The special effects were fun - the shrubbery grabbing people and the portal through the hat. The thousand hats showing how hard he was trying to get back to his daughter was heartbreaking but I loved his crazy expressions.

The Mad Hatter in last week's episode did remind me of Johnny Depp's Mad Hatter (or whoever played the mad hatter in the last Alice movie). He did play the role well, I agree with that. I wonder who the wife was? I can't believe Regina's mother is the Queen of Hearts! And Regina, the poor girl (young Snow) was tricked! My god! Of course, why should I be surprised, it's Regina we're talking about. I'm totally confused about that woman that was just found. Who's heart was that? Wait... remember how the Queen needed a heart to activate the curse in the first place? And of course, she could have changed the DNA around. Dear lord, she reminds me of a female version of Lex Luthor!

Regina still has her witchy powers so she must have changed the DNA and she had numerous hearts in the drawers in her secret room. I am trying to remember if that was Emma's mother that Regina is keeping in an asylum. If so, do we know who her father is? I do like the way they jump back & forth between fairy tale land and current time, but sometimes I have to try to remember some of the characters. My favorite is Mr. Gold. He is so darn devious, but a great actor. Now it seems he is betraying Emma, but I know he does not like Regina.

What asylum? Maybe I missed that episode? Emma's mother is Mary Margaret (Snow White), her father is David (Charming). How do you think Mary Margaret was able to reach out to David while he was in a coma better than anyone else? Also, notice that Mary also seemed like she thought Emma's baby blanket looked familiar for a second?

You're right. I should make notes. I remember the blanket now. Thanks. The episode where she crushed the former sheriff's heart, she visited an asylum where a woman was locked in a cell. They did not say who she was, but I think we were supposed to know.

Can you find the episode and show me the link?
Let's see, a woman in an asylum... *pushes aside Smallville reference* Was she blonde? If she was, I think I know who that is!

Can you find the episode and show me the link? Let's see, a woman in an asylum... *pushes aside Smallville reference* Was she blonde? If she was, I think I know who that is! I am not sure exactly which episode it was in. It was just a brief glimpse - 30 seconds at most - and the episode went off. It must be either one of the following, all the way at the end. I don't watch episodes on-line so I don't have a link. S01, E07 The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter One of Storybrooke's residents starts to remember fairytale life; the town mourns a death; the queen tries to find an assassin to kill Snow White. 12/11/2011 S01, E06 The Shepherd David must choose between Kathryn and Mary Margaret, with whom he has fallen deeply in love; Sheriff Graham is caught in a lie; Prince Charming's destiny alters. 12/04/2011 I am inclined to think it's The Shepherd. I am lucky I can remember what happened yesterday, and trying to recall December is a real challenge.

Well, you know how people in asylums seem to be crazy or mad? If she had blonde hair and if she was mad... Think about it. At least that's my perception.

I didn't know this show had a board.
I enjoy learning these details about the characters in the fairy tale world, but being a guy I don't care much for the mushy romance part of it.

When I awakened this morning, this scene was playing through my mind. Rumpelstiltskin helped a man and his daughter agreed to accompany Rumpelstiltskin as payment. Rumpelstiltskin ordered her to clean his house and kept her confined. While she cleaned, she engaged him in conversation and charmed him. She almost convinced him that he could be loved. As a test, he told her she could go to town on her own. On her way, she met the queen who told her a kiss would set Rumpelstiltskin free.
When she returned to carry out the plan, Rumpelstiltskin thought she was conspiring against him. He was very angry, but he does love her. I think the queen/mayor is holding her captive for spite against Rumpelstiltskin.
Does anyone else recall this?

You're referring to "Skin Deep." Rumpelstiltskin made an agreement to help a town in the ogre war...but his price was that the man's daughter (Belle) stay with him forever. Regina is holding Belle in the asylum. Mr. Gold is going to be PISSED when he finds out!!!

*Shakes head* That's why I asked if the lady was a blonde... I've never seen that episode... yet, gotta find it still. But if you had said it a brunette, Anti, I would have guessed Belle. And you are right Aeryn, I could tell Rumple loves Belle, he will really be pissed! I can't wait to see Rumple kick the Queens ass when he finds out!

Thanks Aeryn. That's one of the reasons I wanted you to come help us out. I knew you would remember. Chloe, I didn't respond to the "blonde" because I drew a complete blank on who she was until I awakened this morning. It's strange I remembered her in the cell but not the events surrounding it.

I would have guessed Alice and she was the Mad Hatter's wife if you had answered that she was a blonde...
If they have a little bit of Wonderland, the have to have Alice, right?

Right. We must have Alice. I like those special effects in that episode. Though I guess it is rather gruesome to smother the guards in the maze hedges.

With the many twists we have, I wouldn't be surprised if Kathryn was actually Alice.

I hate Kathryn, Mary Margaret, David, and that creepy little kid, Henry.
I watch the show for Rumpelstiltskin/Mr. Gold.

I love Emma!
My favorite character is always the hero/heroine. Some supporting characters are my favorite's too, depending on the show.

When Morrison (Emma) was a doctor on House, I thought she was dull and she still seems dull to me. I like her and she has a good role, but she is not exciting. Sister Mary Margaret's affair with a married man can't even make her exciting, just pitiable. Red is interesting and, of course, the mayor is also. Maybe I like my main characters to have some flaws instead of being syrupy sweet.

I guess... wait, who was Morrison on House?
Anyways, you have a point. This show isn't really that exciting...

Yep. Happy she is still working. Her role developed over time on House. Remember she was a sex goddess for awhile until Chase got serious?

Ah yes, I remember. I did not watch House after the old team basically left... couldn't stand it.
