How many of us are lefties?

I know there are quite a few of us here that are lefties. Technically speaking i'm ambidextrous on a lot of things but i have to write and eat left-handed. Poll coming.

Ambi all the way baby. I can't say I'm "better" on right or left, so I went with Other as choice.

I had a brief time as an educator on a blackboard, with a bit of practise I managed to be able to write with both hands at the same time. Always scored cheap cool points with the class that way!

But for some reason, when it comes to baseball I catch as a lefty, but bat right-handed.

And catcher i guess. But i'd rather have the mitt in my right hand.
Which hand(s) do you use for scissors? I've gotten accustomed to using them right handed.

I started out as a lefty and I have one aunt and one uncle that are lefty plus my special friend is a lefty, i am mostly ambidextrous though because I'll use my fork and spoon with my right hand but I'll reach for my glass with my left hand even though the glass may be on my right side. I can write a little bit with my left though it is sloppy but it is readable though.

I also had a classmate that was a lefty and my senior pastor at church is and so is the church grandmother as well!

And scissors, they just suck. I couldn't use a pair right handed if I had to. So I turn them upside down and use them left handed.

I'm a righty but my beloved Mom was a lefty. My son is a lefty too. And he hates scissors as well!!

I know a lefty who hates that many playing cards are only marked in 1 side, for righties. So whenever we're playing poker and he's with us, usually the deck that came along with the set is a righty set and the evening is filled with him cursing and holding his cards oddly. Needless to say he's a fan of texas hold'em

She doesn't bite every time.

Well, most children eventually learn R is for the right side. The funny thing is, the left-handed box cutters are red and the right-handed box cutters are green.

Since red is better than green they better not change it.

S gets a kick out of this... Anytime i get on his motorcycle, i get on from the right side. Yet, anytime i get off, i do so on the left side.

Speaking of, on Monday me and S rode his motorcycle for like 3+ hours. Then ended up going to his mom's house and went swimming. It was nice.
