I think I'm just going to retreat to this safe haven where cooler minds ususally prevail and less foul-mouthed rants happen.

Happy Brithday anniversity. I have celebrated by Anniversity 13 times. I had to ask my hubby because I forgot how old I was. How bad is that. My hubby got a new truck over the weekend. A 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 with extended cab. It's fancy fancy. He just needs to installment running boards for his short wife. Because right now I need a crane to get into the thing. I went to the ballet on Saturday night. We saw Cinderella it was a great performance. The costumes were amazing and the dancing Funny at times (the ugly step sisters were great) and romantic.

Thanks for the "natal anniversary" wishes. Now, if only I could get rid of this monster cold I have, maybe I could celebrate! I love the ballet. I used to go the theatre more often when I lived closer to L.A. but now I'm too far away to make the trip. We get the occasional holidays offerings, but one can only see "The Nutcracker" a certain number of times!

I go with my mom for a little mother daughter bonding time. My mom almost got thrown out of the Nutcracker. The usher was calling for security. So my mom ran away for the usher. It was so funny. My family is loaded with crazy loud people. Here is a video from reheasal for Cinderella.

Amazingly beautiful and soooooo graceful. Ballerinas have always amazed me with their abilities. Is that a local troup or something else? As for mom running from the usher!!??!! WTF Was she threatening the mouse king or trying to rescue Clara from the little boys who were breaking her Christmas present?

WTF Was she threatening the mouse king or trying to rescue Clara from the little boys who were breaking her Christmas present? The sugar plum fairy pissed her off. What really happened was we were running late. The ballet was about to start, but hadn't yet. The usher wanted to make my mom sit in the back until intermission. My mom's seats were in the front row. My nephew and I were about a minute ahead of her and not stopped. So my mom headed for her correct seat with the female usher calling for security. My mom made it to her seat just as the lights went down and the ballet started. Now if the ballet was in process she would have stayed in the back. But because the ballet has not started she didn't understand why the usher was trying to make her sit in the back. This is the Sacramento Ballet and they are wonderful. Here is a clip from Dracula. They also included a couple of shorter piece with this performance so only the first part is Dracula.

Thank you so much for posting that. My only question is why did Dracula cross hinself? Or was that a scene of Renfield VS Dracula's brides?
Just beautiful. I wish I'd been there to see it. But thanks to you, I did!

We'll be sure to keep a rocking chair for you! Squirrel - that was so lovely. It sure is nice to be able to enjoy an artform where people aren't stripping their clothes off or using foul language. Just beautiful music and dancers of such grace and artistic abilities. <sigh>

Do we count Moons age in human or dog years?
Not sure a rocking chair will suffice in case of the latter!

I understand your confusion because the video jumps to a new screen. The second screen doesn't have Dracula in it. Instead you are right it is Dracula's brides and the person crossing himself is Jonathan Harker. We have the broadway show Wicked coming here. But the tickets are pricey. I might miss that one.

Just beautiful music and dancers of such grace and artistic abilities. <sigh> It's so funny you would say "People aren't stripping their clothes off" because the first scene in the Dracula ballet is Dracula raising from his coffin in only a g-string. Which made me so happy my mom always gets tickets in the front row. I was hoping for a wardrobe malfunction. Dracula is intended for adults so they were able to get away with it. Nutcracker and Cinderella are intended for families and contain only fully clothed dancers. I loved the music in Dracula one of my favorite ballets. Romeo and Juliet was really cool too. My mom gets a 4 ballet pass and we go for the year. This video is the fight scene from Romeo and Juliet. However, they are performing in the lobby of an office building to help promote the ballet. Cool Fight scenes in Romeo and Juliet.

Good morning everyone! How have you all been? Nothing new my way. Just working and keeping busy with my daughter. Planning to go to Florida first week of May again. This time we are visiting my father for 4 days and Disney for 4 days. Our plans were just to do Disney next year which we are but figured to surprise our daughter and do a few days this time around. Should be fun. I also decided to by the photo op with Jared and Jensen for ChiCon and did so the other day. I already bought the solo with Jared and thought WTH I need one with Jensen. Now I am thrilled to have 2 pictures with Jared and 1 with Jensen. I can not wait until October. So tomorrow is our episode with the return of Lucifer and Sam's breakdown can finally begin. I am really excited for this. Love Jared and Mark's scenes together. Hello, Cruel World is my favorite episode i my favorite but I foresee the next few joining my list. This episode is going to be awesome. Too bad we have that 2 week break again. I do see we are getting episodes on Thursday and Friday for 2 weeks so that will be nice. Everyone enjoy the episode and have a great rest of your week.! TTYL!

That's so funny we will be in Florida around the same time. I get off my cruise ship at that beginning of May. I'll wave at you. Congrats on the photo op with the boys. That will be a blast. I only have the photo op with Jensen. I'm too cheap. I underglazed fake Dean. He looked way to pink and I hated it. My hubby asked me when did Dean get a sunburn. So I got some dark brown underglaze and spread it on then wiped it away to get an antiquey (is that a word) look. I much happier with it now. I'm not 100% thrilled, but it will look a bit different once it's fired. I'm happy that Fake Dean is drying out nicely in the house. I think I will be able to fire Dean at least once. I may not be able to do a glaze firing before the con. The glaze firing would make him more shiny. Hopefully he will fire well and I will have something for the Con in March, which is less then a month away. YEAH!! If everything works out then right before the con I will post a picture of fake Dean. I'm looking forward to this week's episode. Sam has been trying to be okay with everything, but after Bobby's death he was been falling apart slowly. This is why JIA should have taken better care of Bobby when he was staying with her.

It looks like we will be passing each other on our trips to Florida. We will all have a good time. Did you decide on Disney along with your cruise? I do not remember you saying if you did. I only originally purchased the photo op with Jared (no surprise) but then just decided on the duel photo op. Glad I did. The Burbank Con is not far away you must be getting very excited. As I recall, I think you lost Bobby a few times. Sam has put on a good front but here comes the other shoe. Jared and Jensen are going to be great in the episode tonight and of course Mark. I am beyond thrilled that tonight we get Lucifer back even if just for the one episode.

Hi, All.
JIA. You went MIA. Hope all is well with you and your family.
L/C What's up? Not much going on here. Oh. I got a new vehicle. A 2012 Chevrolet Equinox. So far I've driven it once. It's sitting in my garage and I drive my 2007 Ion. My husband thinks I'm crazy.
Have a great day.
