Is this show any good? Looks very SPN like to me in the promos.
They are starting to show them here in Denmark next week, wondering if I should bother tuning in or it's just a cheap ripoff thing.

I love Grimm.
They get great mileage out of the Portland locales so it's a visually appealing show and I love the mix of MOTW/Police procedural. Plus, all the characters have a little something special about them.
I'd still watch this show if all it encompassed was Captain Renard turning me on the MOTW/procedural aspect but the arc is really starting to come together now. Because of that, it's now my most highly anticipated show of the week.

Grimm is not at all like Supernatural. Their monsters are the ones we thought were made up for fairy tales for children, but now we find out they are real and very scary. They are able to interact with everyone in their everyday lives, and each monster has a personality characteristic that sets them apart from other monsters.
The story centers around a powerful Grimm who recently learned that it is his responsibility to fight the monsters and he does not shirk his duty. All of the people surrounding him have their own interesting story and secrets. This is now one of my top three favorite series. Go Nick! Cheers for Monroe, Hank and Juliette! The Captain remains an enigma, but I am routing for him to be an ally.

I am looking forward to it. I am a little concerned about Captain Renard because I really like him and it is not his fault that he became obsessed with Grimm's lady.

Tonight is the night! I have been looking forward to that episode and they did not disappoint me. The passion between Renard and Juliette was enough to make eyes pop out of their sockets. "Hate sex scene" is a good way to put it and it was a shock to me. The whole time I was going "wow!, wow! wow!" I enjoyed the fight scene with the Captain and the looks Nick gave the captain during the crime scene investigation. Of course, the rest of the action in the episode was good too. Nick was as red as a lobster after the purification spell! Adalind is sneaky. I guess she wants a royal baby, but that seems dangerous. Renard's brother might kill her and the baby. This episode was so much fun to watch and I am looking forward to the next episode.

Grimm : Natural Born Wesen S02, E14(First Aired: March 15, 2013) Nick, Monroe and Hank discover that members of a Wesen community have been responsible for a series of bank robberies; Juliette questions her mental state.
I enjoyed this episode. Nick is still upset at the thought of the Captain having feelings for Juliette. I think I understand now how difficult it was for Nick when Juliette did not accept his proposal of marriage. The thought of her having feelings for someone else must make him feel much worse. Poor Juliette’s hallucinations are awful. I have a fear of heights so I admire her stepping on what looked like a gaping hole in the floor. Maybe she is having that problem because she is human and Renard is okay because he is Wesen.
I like Nick, Hank and the Captain having an alliance without secrets now.
Those bank robbers acted like they were high on more than alcohol. Although I expected them to get caught, I did not expect the council to take them out in such a blatant fashion. Swift justice and sending a message to the Wesen community at the same time.

Grimm : Mr. Sandman S02, E15 (First Aired: March 22, 2013) When a woman dies after becoming suddenly blind, Nick and Hank discover a Wesen that feeds off tears; Adalind considers her situation; Rosalee tries to help Juliette recover her memory.
I was horrified when the Wesen blinded Nick, but Nick's other senses became enhanced almost immediately. His friends helped him while they were struggling with how to find the monster before more people were hurt. Plus, they needed something from the monster in order to save Nick's sight and life. The process was rather yukky as we could see from Hank's expression. Now, Nick's skills have advanced to a level where no bad Wesen can sneak up on him.
Adalind admitted she does not know which brother has fathered her baby and wants a strange female Wesen to help broker the baby.
Rosalee is going to help Juliette overcome her hallucinations. Seems like Renard is also having hallucinations.

This is another good episode. That Wesen with the unpronounceable name had anger issues. He had a right to be angry, but his horrible method of killing people was gruesome. The first victim was still alive after being sliced in half. His brain was still working and his girlfriend let out a scream that was heard over loud techno music. It was nice to see that Hank was comfortable openly discussing the possibility of the murderer being a Wesen in front of Captain Renard. Wu is fun to watch in action. He is clever and he is bravely willing to be on the front line. Captain Renard had to perform some quick thinking action to save himself and innocent bystanders. He was pretty cool with it. Looks like the struggle with his family is escalating. Poor Monroe is torn between doing the right thing and harming his friends. I think his loyalty should lie with Nick. Juliette's reaction to leaning about Wesen did not go over well at all when Nick told her the truth last time.

This was an excellent episode about a Wesen who used his abilities to persuade people to say and do what he wanted. Since he was a defense attorney and used his abilities to get witnesses to change their testimony and to corrupt the jurors’ ability to use reason, he was ripe for a “Leverage” type con. It was fun to see Monroe go all big bad wolf on the lawyer and I was happy to see our pig Wesen help out. It was like having a Grimm and Leverage crossover. The lawyer might not get a chance to complain about Nick and Hank since his client is angry and ready to get some revenge on him for losing the case. Juliette is suffering memory overload at the moment and is not handling it at all well. I thought the gypsy woman wanted to help her, but I am not too sure about that. Renard’s brother noticed Adalind has a glow about her. I am looking forward to seeing the royal Wesen brothers together, but only because it means we will be seeing more of Renard.
