See the awesomeness: Is it May 4th yet?  Good news--after this Joss Whedon will be able to write his own ticket for anything he wants to do. Why oh why can't DC comics get their stuff together enough to pull off something like this for the Justice League? |

Anyways, I'm not sure I would want to see the Avengers... maybe... but I am not sure.

The Avenger movie was sold out in all of the theaters in my area over the entire weekend. So I went to see it yesterday and it is worth the wait. The action scenes were thrilling and the special effects were amazing. There were some great one-liners and a couple of gut-busting guffaw scenes. I don't know how much it cost to make this movie, but it was worth it. And they have already made over $700 million, so that's wonderful news.
I enjoyed it even though I missed the movies about Thor and Captain America. I think the reviews I read about them threw me off. That's why most of the time I ignore the critics and prefer reviews by people who went to see the movies.
Now, I need to see Thor and Captain America.

I did not see it in 3D, but I bet that would be something special. But that costs $3.00 more, and there are not as many show times. The action looked terrific in 2D anyway.
Wrestlingfan, please return and let us know what you think of it. I would especially like to hear your views on Hawkeye. No one seems to be talking about him.

I laughed so much while I was in the theater that I am certain I missed some of the dialogue. I am now going to watch the DVD at home.  BBL |
