The final episode.
I'll be watching it tonight, and add my 2 cents to it.
I have high expectations though, hoping that won't put a damper on my overall experience!

Yay I so called it!
I was starting to have my doubts...but as soon as Castle hung up on her I just knew what was coming.
My stony heart did a melt and I am now slightly jealous of Nathan for that scene.
But thankfully the cliffhanger they left us is quite manageable.
I win on preditctions, roar!

Other than that, I have to say I really enjoyed this final episode.
It didn't blow any TV dogmas, or made any crazy Ivans.
But that isn't what the show needs right now anyway, it needed to revive the overall arc, to get the good old chemistry back, and to finally kill the Bones-like behaviour of the 2 leads.
It managed all of that, AND gave a nice bad@ss Gates doing what hse had to do.
I see lots of hate towards her around the web, but I really like her. She's rewarding to loyalty and when her people show her confidense, and she slams down on rogue behaviour.
Bring on Season 6 already!

Ohhhhh, was so good, just what was needed. ITA about getting the team and chemistry back on track. Odd how two of them were suspended, yet this and the last ep did just that. I don't love Gates like I did Montgomery, but I do respect her, and like her more and more. Espo and Beckett went waaay too far, and it almost got Kate killed. I hate cliffhangers and summer hiatuses (hiati) too, but this one? In my mind Beckett and Castle will spend the entire summer in bed. As with any series, they are charged with handling this new relationship well, but if any show can, it's this one.
