Ya know....as far as I know, one of two men will be elected in November. I will not vote for Barry Sotero. He's a marxist/socialist. ![]() ![]() Well, I don't know what party he's with, but he's unlikely to win seeing as how no one since Ross Perot has really had success with one of these third parties. Though Pat Buchanan single-handedly decided the elction in 2000 when a bunch of people voted for him by mistake when they meant to vote for Gore. |

Chris Rock is the one, who yesterday, Independence Day, called it "White people's independence day," not me. And Obama is the one who called his grandmother, the woman who practically raised him, a "typical white woman." Who's the racist?  |

Independence Day pretty much celebrates how a bunch of unhappy white people fled Britain, came here, stole land from Native Americans while infecting them with various diseases, and enslaved Africans. If you ignore his infidelity and just look at his accomplishments, Bill Clinton was the greatest president of my lifetime. Unfortunately, cheating with Monica probably tainted Gore to the point that he lost enough votes to lose the election in 2000--which gave us the worst president of my lifetime.
And if even he is saying positive things about Romney, I probably have to support him over Obama.

My congressman is not endorsing Obama and he will vote to repeal Obamacare. And yet I'm still voting for him because he's a Democrat and the Republican would be worse.
I would disagree with him on the need for Obamacare, but the implementation might have been wrong.
Mike Huckabee said the White House had three calligraphers on staff, each one making more than the head of National Security. If you want to pay calligrpahers, raise the money through private sources, but otherwise this is one example of excessive government spending.

Weird that some of my Facebook friends like Obama and others think he is the worst thing ever to happen to this country.
One Obama supporter seems blue-collar to me. I was in her class right after I moved to the area, and most of the people in the class were ... losers. If properly motivated, most of them probably would have made it as factory workers or something like that. As I recall, this girl has some kind of sales career similar to Avon, but I can't remember. Anyway, she has a husband so it doesn't matter.
I was about to say the Obama opponents went to college and have successful white-collar careers. Actually, Maze is my only Facebook friend who seems to fit that description. One guy plays the tuba and is some sort of music director in the tourist industry. He just seemed like he would end up as a big-time executive.
The other college graduates seem to have government jobs.
But the most determined Obama opponent isn't even someone I knew and her husband, who I met once, has a blue-collar job. They're just both very conservative Christians. Aeryn would hate her rants.
