I can't stand that Ray Romano will be on the show. Why not Kyle?

It's back!
I have to admit Ray Romano wasn't as bad as I had feared. Sarah was so cute and perky when she asked for the job. Reminded me of Lorelai.
And she did such a good job with that family, even if she was incompetent. But that's what got her hired back.
Haddie has such a pretty smile and such pretty eyes. It's a shame she's leaving but maybe they can show scenes from Cornell.
My neighbor who looked like Amber moved for her job during the summer. It's amazing how much she looks like Maura Tierney, who was originally going to play her mother.
Max seems so much older. And he reminds me of Sheldon on "Big Bang Theory".

I didn't see last night's episode yet. Barbara Walters hosted a two-hour special about the greatest TV shows of all time.

yeah I recorded that special but I was surprised they did no shows that had Michael J. Fox or even Smallville!

I didn't see last night's episode yet. Barbara Walters hosted a two-hour special about the greatest TV shows of all time. How was it Kyle. It was okay. This isn't one of my favorite shows. Lauren's hot sister had trouble getting her newly adopted son to go to school. He was sick on his first day at a new school and allowed to stay home. The boy's father stays home so that was no big deal but the next day the boy was sick again and the dad had a meeting so the mom had to stay home. The next day, that was it. He was faking because he was scared. He wouldn't leave the car when they got to school. So the mom offered to stay outside all day in case he needed her, and she did. Sarah's boss gave her son terrible advice about how to treat women. Now Im starting to hope Ray Romano won't be around long. Max got really upset when the dog his parents promised him was sold. I really like the country music that was playing when they were with the women who sold dogs. These were not mutts, though. Max doesn't understand how $1200 is a lot of money for his parents. The dog really made Max happy. He almost never smiles. Crosby and his wife ended up leaving Jabbar at school. Crosby doesn't believe in schedules. And he wouldn't commit to a dinner with his wife's friends because he didn't know how long the recording session would last. Totally understandable! You don't rush art.

The family has gone through so much. I don't like that Kristina has cancer. On the other hand they are making it really entertaining and informative. I like that woman who became Kristina's friend.
I dread seeing how this will affect Max. Somehow he doesn't seem to be progressing well with handling disappointment.
Coach's encounter with the law bothered me, until he did really well on his driving test. I only had to take it once at age 16, but it took me two times to pass and I just barely did.
Sarah is getting through to her new boss. He just might change with her help.

I don't like what's happening with Sarah and her boss.
I felt sorry for Julia. I was hoping she could miraculously turn things around after messing up. But she made her choice with Victor. Some women can "have it all" and I thought surely with Joel staying home she could. It works for Gary and Marny on "Guys with Kids".
Max accepted his mother's situation much better than I thought he would. The man who wrote the show has a son with Asperger's, so he should know, and they have consultants.

Yes they do have consultants, I also didn't know the man who wrote the show has a son who has Asperger's.

I hate that they're not letting Kristina just get better. I guess lying to Haddie was the right thing to do. Max did an amazing job.

Why won't it be on tomorrow for?

Why won't it be on tomorrow for? According to my TiVo, it was to be replaced with episodes of "Go On" and "The New Normal", which normally air an hour earlier. That made it easier for me to watch Ellen Degenerate be honored without missing "Emily Owens" or anything else. But Sandy would have bumped it anyway. Several shows I watch got bumped by Sandy. They had reruns of "2 Broke Girls" and "Mike and Molly". I had to watch "Jeopardy" on a different station (fortunately I have this option). "30 Rock" wasn't on either, though it did air a day early and I can only hope it was a rerun because I only saw the end when my TiVo thought it was going to be "Animal Practice". If "Guys with Kids" didn't follow, I wouldn't have even known about it.

So they decided to take a comic approach to Kristina's difficulties. That makes it easier to take.
I'm not pleased about Amber jumping into bed, but I did like it when her mom commented she wasn't wearing pants (and Sarah also looked hot). I wasn't pleased about why but I was pleased she wasn't wearing pants.
Drew's relationship bores me.
I liked the Victor story line.

I didn't know Drew was in a relationship with anyone. Well, you sure know now. That was cute how Victor's sister got jealous. She has a nice suitcase. The world has changed. Now you roll your stuff instead of wrapping it up and putting it on a stick. They sure were hard on Kristina. Max shows absolutely no concern for others in his facial expressions. Good job by the actor playing him. I could have done without the trip to the funeral.

Unbelievable.
I suppose it's possible she didn't know what she was getting into. But it's like moving next door to an airport and complkaining about jet noise.
I did the same thing. My grandparents wanted to live near a college campus. They did buy the house next door to control who lived there, a good idea in this neighborhood. My parents moved into the house to help take care of my grandparents. Now I live here. I didn't have to pay for it. I just inherited it.

I was so pleased that Max and his mom were dancing to music at the end. I figured only his grandparents would like music like that, and of course the dancing instruction was pretty much useless for whatever mess Max would hear at the dance. Though I guess slow-dance songs for teens still exist.

I try to avoid spoilers but I happened to look up last week as they were saying what would happen this week and I thought I saw Sarah's boyfriend punching her boss. I was relieved when it didn't happen but I sort of knew what to expect.
I liked the Victor storyline and was relieved about what happened at the city council meeting but it was mostly a miserable episode.
And I hate what's happening to Kristina. I am surprised she hasn't lost more hair if she's sick enough to need marijuana.
Coach's daughter attempted suicide. The one who's married to Brad Paisley and hasn't yet gotten him to be on her new show. Hey, maybe he can play the husband who found her.

Again, if Kristina's that sick why does she have hair?
I hated that they did this. I figured it would be all right--maybe it was a Christmas miracle--but why did they have to make her that sick? This isn't "Emily Owens" or "Grey's Anatomy".
I did like how it brought the family together.
I don't like the way Ray Romano has broken up Sarah's relationship. He mentioned her being 42 and she sure does look good for her age.
The truth about Santa Claus was the best thing about the episode.
