had a feeling this will happen now flying monkeys and witches will be in 3D sounds creepy to me Warner Bros. has announced that The Wizard of Oz is undergoing a special restoration and conversion into 3D as part of its impressive 90th anniversary celebration slate, which includes the release of several Best of Warner Bros. film collections, documentaries and other special Home Entertainment releases from its extensive library all I got to say is good luck it will be release on blu-ray dvd 3d that means you must have a 3D tv to see it but I bet it will be release in theaters next year as for me doubt I go see it because not into 3D much for more info go here- tv.yahoo.com/news/wizard-oz-goes-3d-w-b-90th-celebration-214300556.htmlin closing guess we are off to see the wizard in 3D. |

By the time I'm ready to get a 3D TV, something newer will be released. Flying monkeys in 3D - my eyes would be closed so I would not see them anyway. I close my eyes during scenes in a lot of TV shows and movies.  |

crazy after posting that last year got news this week that it will be release in 3D got this news today it is true now will you go see it in 3d.
The Wizard of Oz is also coming to theaters in September. The theatrical run will only last for a week, kicking off on September 20th, and will be available on both 3D and IMAX screens across North America.

they do have 3d dvd coming out too but you need a 3D tv to watch it.
