The only episode that I kind of refuse to watch is:
#1) Family Remains
I have no idea why that one bothered me so bad... but Dean is just so OOC. If they would have had the confession first, at least I would have a clue why his behavior was just so... so wrong. But, when I watched it I absolutely hated it.
Everything else is an acceptable episode that I never watch because I just don't enjoy them.
#2) In the Beginning (I liked it until young Mary showed up... after that it was the Campbell story and I wanted the Winchester story)
#3) Twihard (or whatever it was called). My sister says I would have liked it better if I would have seen Twilight, but I'm not going to put myself through Twilight just to understand an SPN story.
#4) The End. Loved the ending of the End and Castiel saying he would just wait right here... but I hated Dean's reaction to Sam telling him that he was Lucifer's vessel and the story really dragged until Dean got to the camp. After he got to camp, I didn't like future Dean or future Castiel at all. To me, what happened to Castiel was horribly depressing and I didn't like the way I felt about future Dean. If I hadn't just seen a bit of that Dean in the way current Dean had treated Sam, I might have liked the episode better...
#5) The Girl Next Door -- I might have liked this episode more if I hadn't had such high hopes for it. We hadn't had a real "Sam centric episode" in the first part of the season in years and Jensen was directing, so it had to be heavy Sam.... I was just so excited. 7x01 and 7x02 were incredible, Sam was injured... we were bound to get some long awaited Sam time in the hospital. And what did we get, Dean in the hospital. Sam being pushed out of the hospital, then everything is fine. Sam's mind wanders once, but everything is A. OK. He just took a crowbar to the head, was bleeding from his ears, and convulsing, but he is fine now. Then, he ditches Dean. Again! The motel scene was pretty good, loved the punch (although it should have been totally inappropriate after a head injury, but of course Sam seemed fine). HATED THE ENDING.
There are others that I have some issues with, but those are my biggies.
I love Bugs, Red Sky at Morning, Season 7 Time for a Wedding, Plucky, Clap Your Hands, Swap Meat, the Benders, and Ghostfacers. I used to not like No Exit, but it has grown on me. I was totally not fine with Main Street or this last episode. But, I didn't dislike them like my 1-5... I was just disappointed.

Here my episode that I didn't like as much as I thought I would and it's Fronterland. Call me crazy, but I didn't the phoenix being a victim and yet Dean still has to kill the poor guy. I don't like that Sam and Dean had to separate so Sam could track down Colt. Plus how did Sam find Colt? He never rode a horse before and there are no signs out in the old west saying Colt this way. Plus the ending with the delivery company was stupid in Back to the Future three and more stupider in this episode. So overall I was disappointed with this episode. Not in my bottom five but in my book it deserves an honorable mention for overall crappiness.

Good thread. But, damn hard to pick. Can I put all of S7 in it?? 1. Season 7, Time for a Wedding - Even with Crowley's Wall Street line, I deleted SPN from my DVR after this. 2. Hello Cruel World - Could not get over "WTF - that's it for Cas?" to pay attention to the rest of it. 3. The Girl Next Door - WTF? 4. Defending Your Life - Premise sounded so good, but wuh, wuh, wuh. "You lost!" sounds. 5. And Then There Were None - So hard to choose from all the boring, pointless and dumb episodes. But this one killed Rufus, and made the interesting Campbell storyline pointless, dumb, + DEPRESSING + NIHILISTIC. Yay show! Fuck off. I should have seen writing on wall with this one.

I don't care for Garth but I really really hated Bitten. So they will have to go some to make a worst episode in my opinion. It wasn't just the lack of Sam and Dean and the annoying shaking camera work. It was the story itself. Nerdy kid has a cool best friend that protects him but that he is jealous of. I saw that before. I was so bored I didn't care about the characters I keep wanting them to die so the episode would end.

November. I don't know how people who are "critics" could rate that as one of the best of anything.

It is frightening that Buddy TV thought Bitten was good. My number one worst episode before Bitten was Ghostfacers but Ghostfacers had some funny spots. Bitten is a whole level of horrible and badly acted. I wanted them all to die and was mad the Sam and Dean didn't off the chick. On a side note I'm slowly starting to like Garth, which I do feel shame for. But he's started to grow on me like toe fungus.

I've noticed that a lot of times, the series premiere is so hyped up that the 2nd episode just doesn't hold up. I also felt that way about Charmed, Smallville, and countless other shows. But i will say that for SN, i always skip that episode whenever possible.

I have all of the seasons on DVD. At first, I felt a sense of obligation to watch every episode when I did a marathon. Now, I feel a sense of obligation to SKIP the ones I truly do not enjoy. That still leaves over 100 episodes to enjoy though.

1. Season 7, Time for a Wedding!
Honestly, Garth and Crowley--at the end--were the ONLY things that got me through the episode, which I refuse to watch again. The person I felt horrible for, was the girl that played Becky--and I don't even care for Becky that much. I felt they took a perfectly good, obsessed fangirl character and turned her into a psycho, by kidnapping and drugging Sam. The cast and crew might have found the whole episode to be funny, but I didn't.
2. Man. 3 The Reckoning
This episode made no sense to me. I mean, I figured when Lisa told Dean that he couldn't be a part of her and Ben's lives anymore in YCHTT, that was it between them. Then Ben "Parent Traps" them under the guise of Lisa being in trouble, and yet when Dean shows up to essentially save her, Lisa's pissed that Dean came and that he never returned her phone calls. At that point, I was like WTH, when did you call? Also I hated Ben's speech to Dean telling him to dump one family for another.
3. Swap Meat
It was just hard for me to believe that it took most of the episode for Dean to realize that Sam wasn't Sam. I know they had a bit of a rocky relationship in Season 5 and Gary took Dean's phone--or at least deleted Sam's calls, but still, it seemed a little out of character for Dean not to notice.
4. All Dogs Go To Heaven
Honestly this one didn't move the story forward at all. All it did was make Dean feel worse about himself. My favorite part: Crowley showing up at the beginning and threatening Sam and Dean and doing that little hand thing to Sam.
5. Most of Season 4
For me, this was the worst season. To me, this show is about two brothers working side by side, having each other's backs, fighting evil everyday. This season completely blew that apart. It took their relationship, kicked it, stomped all over it, burned it. And honestly, it hasn't really been the same since. Sure, people evolve, relationships change, but the love and caring I saw in the first 2-3 seasons, is not there anymore.
Honorable mentions: Bugs, Route 666, No Exit, and CYHIYB.

Hello , I think I will put Bitten on the worst list after all, I have been re watching S8 and I realize how much I dislike it now. I wasn't wild about the one with the male witch and his "companion", the name escapes me right now.

My bottom 5:
1. Mannequin 3: The Reckoning: This was the final straw for me in the Lisa/Ben storyline and can I just vomit at the Dean/Lisa montage at the end. Blech. 2. Season 7 Time for a Wedding: I agree with Waggy that Garth and Crowley were the only good parts about this episode. 3. Criss Angel is a Douchebag: I don't know why I dislike it so much. I just do. 4. Shut Up Dr. Phil: I wanted to like it because I'm a diehard Buffy and Angel fan but it just wasn't well written and I was actually less than impressed with Charisma in the episode. Loved James Marsters though and wouldn't mind seeing his character again at some point. 5. Man's Best Friend w/ Benefits: I just couldn't get into this episode. The worst of S8 for me.
Honorable Mentions: Bugs, Hollywood Babylon, Fallen Idols, The Real Ghostbusters, Swap Meat, and negative points toward any scene with Lisa/Ben or any Sam/Amelia flashback.

Honestly, I've only started watching Supernatural since two months ago and haven't even finished season 8. I just watched Bitten and its the worst. What were they thinking with that episode? =(
The only good part of that episode was at the end where Deans like, "Do I say awesome a lot." And then after Sam says no, he says awesome. Its a very small part, but I chuckled. So idc. rawr
