Got this off of the CNN website: Interestingly, the biggest new drama of the fall is NBC's "Revolution," which as I've pointed out, plays a bit like "The Walking Dead" without zombies (or people eating people). Good news for those of us who like watching zombies, vampires and end of the world shows!

Well, I watched episode 5 last night. *yawn* Not really impressed with the episode. Some interesting tidbits about how Neville turned bad but was anyone else surprised that "Nate" turned out to be his son? By the middle of the episode I was sure that was the case. Miles and Charlie seem to get out of militia clutches way too easily. And Neville really doesn't like Charlie. And Danny escapes/gets caught again way too much. So now we know there's a secret symbol notifiying other resistance members.....the 3 vertical lines. But that guy changed from being a scaredy cat to someone who would knife a fellow resistance member awfully quickly. I'm hoping next week will be better.
What do you think?

I first watched the show a few days ago, so I'm not that familiar with the storyline.
But it's interesting so far.

Well, don't let my "dis" of episode 5 keep you from watching. The first 4 episodes were very good. I'm hoping #6 will be better.

The only reason I can formulate for Neville beating up Danny and treating him the way he does is to make him mean and tough enough to join the Militia. Otherwise, it makes Neville seem sadistic. Neville's neighbor disrespected him in front of his son, but I think more than that had to happen for him to become so mean. Something has bewildered me ever since the first time we saw Rachel and Bass together. They always move very close to each other when they are talking. The conversations should have them moving apart instead of close enough to touch lips. He caressed her hand and she did not pull away. Even though they are now enemies, I am suspicious that they became lovers. Danny and Charlie are similar in more ways than I expected. Danny is smart, clever, courageous, and says whatever he wants without worrying about the consequences. Charlie is the same way. I'm not certain Charlie ever considers consequences, but I gotta say Miles was truly harsh when he fussed at her for following Neville. I would have cried real tears if he had yelled at me like that. Resistance password: A biography of Joe Biden - *wonders if that is why SoCal didn't like the episode* Aaron, Aaron, Aaron, for a smart guy, he was careless with the pendant. Even if it had not fallen, it could have become activated with a Militia prisoner right there to see it. Sheesh! I'll give them a point for riding the horses to catch the train. SoCal, I must agree that Resistance guy did not seem to be the type to stab Nora. Most impressive thing in the episode was Nate's escape.

Why did they have to completely ruin the episode by putting Joe Biden's name in it? Anti, I wonder if you're right about Sebastian and Rachel. Their interactions are oddly intimate. Looking forward to the next episode.
