The season 7 episode when the family goes bowling before finding out that open heart surgery was going to be done on Eric got shown today and I wanted so badly to slap Simon's face when he blamed Eric for everything that was going on with him at the time. If my dad was even just half the man that Eric is, I wouldn't have as many problems on my plate. I know that it is just a TV show, but I couldn't help but cry because Simon should consider himself lucky that he has a dad who cares enough to put other people before his own self.

P.S. What is so ironic about this for me is that Simon is the character that drew me into the show back when the second season was just wrapping up. I hate what the writers had him grow up to be. I LOVE Kevin!!!
