I thought we all needed a place to Rec,our favorite supernatural fanfic. Its so awesome that we can link here so it will be much easier for others to find the stories we are rec'ing I only ask that you tag them. NC17 stories CANNOT be linked per ProBoards TOS. Please do not rec those. Thank you! we want people to find fics they will enjoy,not end up reading something they wouldnt want. also Please tag them as Dean or Sam centric....or Bobby centric or OFC.... I'll start off by recommending a couple of my favorites.. www.fanfiction.net/s/3549161/1/Westcott_Prepatory_Academyby Adder574 she writes the best teenchesters,and AU's dealing with children with medical problems. This one is so realistic in what its like to deal with diabites,and I love wondering if this would have happened ,would john have really been this way? its a general Dean focused fic My next favorite www.fanfiction.net/s/7340913/1/Killing_Me_Softlyby my friend sharlot this is a really good brotherly fic. It is Dean centered,but I love the interaction between sam and dean. its set in S1 after st.louis. General case fic....AMAZING baddie....cant believe the show didnt think of it... and my next favorite fic www.fanfiction.net/s/7091741/1/Black_and_Blueby Numpty...this author is just amazing!! I LOVE the brotherly bond....I love protective sam....though it is dean centric there is plenty of sam...and sam gets to be protective and heroic....always a plus for me.....its au set in S1 Sam and dean go back to palo alto to help one of sam's friends...set after st.louis. general fic so if anyone has any favorite supernatural fics they'd love to share just link them here.. Other * character dude I forgot what the F stands for..... but its supposed to stand for other character....like if an author made a new character the focus of the story instead of our boys.... sometimes they use OFC when they are shipping one of the boys with another character.... crap I really need to write all this down...  if anyone else knows different please feel free to correct me...I might have thought thats what it meant when its meant a totally different thing...  |

I was never brave enough to post on the lounge until the last day so I never got the chance to thank you and everyone else who posted in the rec thread. Luckily I subscribed to the thread so when I got a post update I just saved them. I could go thru them if you like and at least come up with a list for you. Also thank you for putting this thread outside of the SPN forum, maybe the others will then be encouraged to venture out. We're hoping that all posters interact a little bit more here than at the lounge. |

Not a lot of people posted there,but we always knew people were reading. That would be awesome if you could do that...I didnt get to save anything from the club,and sharlot is involved in her next fic....so she hasnt been able to post much on the rec thread we put on spoilertv's board... I thought about putting it on the lounge,but I figure if we have a place expecially for fanfic then why not just put it here....besides I figured maybe there are fanfic writers for other shows....like smallville and secret circle,or TVD...that way all of us fanfic fans can hang out here. we should bug surf to start a fic for TVD...though she has yet to finish her story Shooting up demons!! which is awesome btw,and when I get the link I can post it here... |
