Michonne makes a decision about Woodbury; Glenn and Maggie go on a run; Rick continues to struggle after Lori's death; Merle finds the prison and reports back to the Governor.

It was a pretty good episode.

Glad to see Daryl found Carol. Hope she isn't too badly hurt and will be re-integrated into the group.

Merle is as shitty as ever. Glad Michonne got away from him.

Boy these people have a funny way of running into each other over and over again.

Sorry to see that Glenn and Maggie are hostages in Woddbury. That can't be good.

What's the deal with the phone? Was Rick just imagining it all along? He seems to be going into and out of reality. Again, not good.

So he meets Michonne at the fence. She seems to have discovered that when she's covered with zombie innards, they don't pay any attention to her. Hope Rick doesn't shoot her before she can tell him about Glenn, Maggie and Andrea.

Andrea, by the way.....what a slut. I seem to remember her also hooking up with Shane. Now, Governor... Can't she just try concentrating on survival instead of nookie?

SoCal was right! Carol is alive. Darryl was very upset when he found Carol's knife. Although the director did say Darryl placed a flower on Carol's grave, that did not mean she was in the grave. I can see placing a marker in memorium, but I'll be damn if I would dig an actual grave just to leave it empty. Oh well, they tricked me on that one.

I enjoyed the episode and was able to watch all of it without closing my eyes. I knew Rick was not right in the head when he spent so much time in the room with that dead walker. When Hershel picked up the receiver, I was waiting for him to say there was no dial tone. When he did not say that, I began to wonder... Now Hershel knows for certain that Rick is truly sick.

Poor Carl - Thank goodness the "village" is taking care of him because his parents have been too wrapped up in their own drama to take care of him. I swear that kid is going to be as cold blooded as Shane when he grows up.

Merle is scared of Michonne. He should be; that girl is tough. I did not think Governor would let Michonne walk away. Governor probably kills people who fail in their mission, so Merle could not take a chance on telling the truth about Michonne.

I understand Merle's interest in holding Glenn and Maggie, but why does he think Governor cares about him finding Darryl? Someone will have to go to town to find some formula and they will know something bad happened.

Anti, maybe they just filled in her empty grave thinking that she had been completely eaten....just like Lori.

You know, about that....do zombies eat everything? Including bones? From what we've seen up until now, they seem more interested in the "soft parts." Going after bellies and their contents. I dunno. Just asking.

I'm glad Carol is alive. Daryl looked so wonderful as he threw that door opened and saw her looking wearily at him. And then to pick her up and carry her out? Wedding bells, anyone?

Rick is nuts. I wouldn't let him alone with that baby. Wonder if he's going to make it through the season.

And back to our resident slut, Andrea. I seem to remember Dale giving her a hard time wehn he was trying to talk the group out of killing that boy they had chained up in the barn. He said, "You're a civil rights lawyer...." Now wonder she's such a slut....she's a lawyer!!

SoCal, you notice everything! They should hire you to edit their scripts. The walker would not have eaten the bones, but we saw no bones lying around, especially the thigh bones.

I did not even mention Andrea. I still remember when she and Shane were in the jeep and she reached over and grab his crotch. I thought it was strange when she was acting girly during the Gladiator battle, but then the truth came out. When she jumped off the wall, I think that was sort of stupid. But not as stupid - make that idiotic - as putting an archer on the wall who could not hit the broad side of a barn. What was that all about? They would all be walker snacks waiting for that girl to kill something.

I must have a sick mind. When Governor left the room to talk to Merle, I was hoping Penny would surprise Andrea in the bed.

I declare Darryl gets sexier with each loving gesture he makes. The baby, now Carol.

So why isn't Governor worried that when he brings a chick up to his room to bang, his dead daughter (in the next room) won't smell fresh meat and start moaning and banging on the door?

And why wouldn't someone in there notice the smell of rotting flesh? Don't these zombies stink?

Anti, you're right on target on the archer on the wall. She was so hot to show off her skills and her aim was worse than the Titanic's!

I decided to watch the part with Darryl and Carol again. My heart was breaking to see Darryl emotionally distraught while he was slamming the blade into the floor. (I had noticed the ex-con was wise enough to not hang around.) Darryl did look wonderful carrying Carol out and he walked so carefully with her.

I also wanted to see how Rick could tell there was a live person at the fence from that distance. I watched carefully and Michonne was carrying the red grocery basket with the baby formula. I am sure the basket is what caught his attention.

I didn't notice her carrying the grocery basket at all! Can't believe I missed that! That's one way to NOT be mistaken for a zombie.....carrying your groceries in a basket! ;D
