A gang of bank robbers threatens the city. Diggles encourages Oliver to look past his father's list and help other people in need.

Diggles pressures Arrow to investigate the bank robberies after a policeman was shot during one of the robberies. Oliver learned one of the robbers worked for his father's company. The company outsourced the work and cheated the employees out of their pension.
Oliver talked to the guy and offered him a job if he would not commit any more robberies. The guy's family talked him into committing one more. You know that doesn't end well.
Arrow foils two robberies with his amazing arrow tricks.
I am still enjoying this show. I like the bonding between Arrow and Diggle. Also, Mother Queen is an enigma; I'm not sure just how bad or unscrupulous she is. Her husband left her because he knows he cannot trust her. I want to see how that turns out.

Hi Jeff. I have watched it. Do you think her husband will return? But if he does return, the men who killed the head of security might try to kill him. They even tried to kill Oliver.
