This is a very simple recipe and doesn't require any milk or butter so if you are out of milk or running low you can still make this recipe for mashed potatoes.
7-8 potatoes of any size unpeeled or peeled I typically leave the peelings on though because they're healthier for you
1/2 cup of ranch dressing (I typically use Hidden Valley but any kind will work)
1/8 teaspoon of all seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
6 cups of cold water
Directions:
1. Wash potatoes under cold water 2. Peel your potatoes if you aren't going to leave the peelings on 3. Cut up potatoes into smaller pieces 4. Put potatoes in a medium sized saucepan and put it on high heat. 5. Let the potatoes come to a full boil and then let it boil a little longer for about 10-15 minutes total of boiling time 6. When the potatoes are tender enough for a fork to enter the potato then you can remove the saucepan from the stove and mashed the potatoes with a masher 7. Pour in the ranch dressing and stir it thoroughly into the potatoes. 8. Add the all seasoned salt and black pepper to the mashed potato mixture and thoroughly stir. 9. Taste to see if it seasoned to your likeness if it is not then add more of the ranch, seasoned salt and the black pepper 10. Once the potatoes are seasoned to your likeness then you can serve it up!
