O MY GOD....this was an intense episode.

Ryan is a snarky hostage. I think I'm starting to fall in love with Kevin Bacon (who is doing a great Keifer Sutherland imitation).

The guy who captured Clare is major weird. Slamming his head against the wall because she enticed him to kiss her. Did he get killed? Must have because I see Clare is back at home. I don't know the name of the older black FBI dude, but if I'm ever in trouble, I want him watching over me.

Emma is seriously damaged. And she's obviously in charge of the two guys at the house. They're incredible weak and clueless when it comes to handling Ryan.

Loved how Ryan stabbed the one guy and got the hostage from downstairs freed. Sorry to see that Emma is double dealing the guys and took off with Joey.

Man-o-man......how many Joe infiltrators of police/FBI/SWAT are there? And they sure arrive and are able to fit it at the perfect time. Never suspected the girl cop. Glad Ryan shot her!

Why does that lawyer keep doing Joe's bidding? We know he had her hand mutilated, but shouldn't she just stop seeing him and tell the Feds what he's doing and hope they can protect her. The fact that she's giving coded clues/orders to Joe's followers is weird. How do they know the watch the news? What if she mistates something? That seems a little weak, but still great fun.

Next week's promo looks great as well. Wonder who they're all pointing their guns at?

This was a really good episode. It did not turn out at all the way I expected. I thought everyone was going to be captured. Joe Carroll is a master planner, and seems to have people everywhere who are ready to move in at a moment’s notice. I suspected that female deputy all along, but the rest of the people caught me off guard.

It is so creepy that Claire’s follower (Charlie) has been videotaping her for two years and that he arranged for Joe to see the videos. That is horrifying enough, but the dude fell in love with her and Joe does not seem to mind. When Charlie kissed Claire, said he should not do that because it is impure, he freaked me out when he banged his head into the pillar over and over again.

I agree Ryan is doing a good Kiefer Sutherland role and he scared both of the guys. I guess they are only dangerous when the victims are defenseless. I thought Emma really loved Jacob, but I guess her loyalty is to Joe. I wonder if the three of them will reunite.

When Marshall Turner (John Lafayette) grabbed Claire during the invasion of the hideout, I think Charlie got away after he threw that flash bang. I thought Turner was an FBI agent, but he is a U.S. Marshall and very tenacious.

The lawyer needs to go into witness protection because she will never be free of Joe.
