Now I know why he walks with a cane.
Given the recent event in my life, I have reason to be concerned when I see that. But two weeks later I seem to be close to walking normally.

I have wondered for a long time why Mr. Gold/Rumpelstiltskin walked with a cane and it was finally revealed. Several secrets were revealed including why people thought Rumpelstiltskin former persona was a coward.
Kyle, I am glad your recovery is much quicker than Rumpelstiltskin's.
