Oliver and Diggle learn that Deadshot is alive and targeting Malcom; Tommy refuses to attend a benefit honoring Malcom; Oliver tries to balance his relationship with McKenna and his duties as Arrow.



“Arrow” has consistently good flashbacks.

Excellent episode. I like Tommy which made it difficult for me to wish Moira success in having Tommy's father killed. Moira just does not seem like a sympathetic character to me. That's because she has let the killing go on for too many years and she endangered Oliver when she arranged for his kidnapping.

The scenes with Tommy and his father, then with Arrow, were very dramatic. I wonder if Tommy and Oliver can sustain their friendship after Tommy's obvious disappointment that Oliver was keeping secrets from him.

Diggle was very upset when he learned that Deadshot is alive. I guess he is going to hunt him down. Yay Diggle!

Now Oliver is dating the detective who is assigned the task of capturing Arrow.
