Colin made a mistake reading the credits and said Dan Levenson. You'd think after all these years ...
Aisha's scripted show "Archer" won an award on the awards show The CW aired last week.
And once again I don't remember what they did.

A new one at last. Mel B gave it everything she had. I don't know why I was surprised at her British accent. Of course I knew she was British. But she never talked.

Kunal Nayyar from The Big Bang Theory was very enthusiastic during the "duets" segment and was fun to watch. Although the "helping hands" skits are not my favorite, Kunal was a good sport and seemed to enjoy himself.

Yeah, Kunal was good. His hair was a mess. But then his character seems gay to everyone, and concern about appearance is a part of that. When he's himself that's not a consideration.
I saw Gary Anthony Williams in "Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle". He was arrested for being black. And when Harold and Kumar escaped, the cops beat up Gary's character. He was very calm and good-natured.

I enjoyed the episode "Jeff Davis 2". If I had to pick one that I thought was the funniest, it would be "Party Quirks" various ways to transport sperm cells. I did not think Davis would ever get that one, but he did eventually.
The other skits were also amusing: Weird newscasters, Irish song about pancakes, World's worst talent show acts, and Greatest hits about beaches.

The world's worst talent show didn't do anything for me. Maybe because I didn't understand most of the humor. It's nice to see them bringing back games they haven't had on in a while.

I did not understand most of the talent show skit either, but I guess the twisted fingers were amusing...to someone.

I haven't seen all of this week's episode. I keep trying to do as much reading as possible, especially now that "Jeopardy" is in reruns. It seems that all activities expand to fill the time available.
I haven't really enjoyed it so far. I can't stand for Aisha to try to dance while sitting.

I don't see how anyone can host a cooking show and have a body like that. She looked good in overalls.
Colin and Ryan are usually funny when Ryan can't use his hands.
I wish they'd do away with reading the credits, though I do learn about people I never heard of. I ahve to wonder why they need a script supervisor, but I guess that's for Aisha.
Thanks to a kids' newspaper feature I found out Jess Harnell is the announcer on "America's Funniest Home Videos". For the longest time I thought that was Greg Proops but then he was called "Jess".

I am not sure we saw the same episode on Monday. I do not remember a special guest like they usually have.
Sometimes the episodes catch me in the right frame of mind to think everything they do is hilarious. I laughed all the way through the Scenes from a Hat. I think they did pretty well with the Let’s Make a Date strange characters -Thai Waxer, penquins, and the hunter. The audience seems to enjoy being chosen to participate.
The hairy people in the shower and gross stuff was not very funny to me.
The award show for Jerry Springer people was ridiculous.
The hoe down was cute.

The first thing I saw on Monday's episode was Wayne sitting next to Aisha and she had this look on her face like he had done something terrible.
This happens because the next episode starts with the end of the previous one. Which is annoying because I miss something every week. And there's no way to fix that unless no show I record follows any episode.
I didn't see the new episode right away but that was the one where Ryan went out in the audience and got a bunch of people to follow him acting like penguins. Those newscasters are getting weirder and weirder. I didn't even notice the empty row behind Aisha.

It's not newscasters. I forgot Ryan was playing "Let's Make a Date".

Another rerun?
Soon it'll be time for the Fall shows.
I saw Drew the other day in a restaurant hosting "The Price Is Right". He's wearing Drew Carey glasses again. But he still looks different somehow.

I heard "We've Only Just Begun" by The Carpenters on the radio this morning and was reminded Colin and Ryan haven't done a "Film Noir" since this show has been on The CW.
I keep reading that audience suggestions are important to this show, but that's not done that often. They do have all those people in the credits whose job it surely is to provide Aisha with all her information, and to give each cast member in the "Let's Make a Date" an identity.

My TiVo wouldn't allow me to tape "Gotham" or "Sleepy Hollow" until I deleted this show next Monday. I guess I have to do that every week. Most likely they'll rerun both later in the week, and if I go to the beach that would be better.
I'm reasonably sure if the listings are up-to-date that I've seen both.

I want to watch Gotham and I need to investigate to make sure I have not missed it. I did not think new series had started yet, but I might be misinterpreting your comment. I will figure it out.
I might have missed an episode of Whose Line. I have it set to record new episodes only and some other shows could prevent it from recording if they have a higher priority number.

I watched the episode with Amell tonight and it was very funny. Both of this week's were reruns I have seen. I think. I have to be very careful next week when I go to the beach. I have to make sure I cancel all recordings that I can on the older TiVo, which has less room, and add them on my new one, where I have a bunch of movies saved for which I wanted to see details I missed. That was supposed to happen right after I watched. There's no way I'll know what to do now, but it's got to happen this weekend and then those movies have got to go. I cancelled both of next Monday's "Whose Line"s so I could record everything the old TiVo could record, but that's not safe.

I didn't know they were going to continue to do new episodes.
Last week's wasn't that good. Though Ryan not using his hands is always funny.
Who knows how long it will take me to watch tonight's if it is also new?

We did, but not new ones. Good, because I wouldn't have had time.
Aisha was a lawyer on "Two and a Half Men".

I had to delete some episodes that haven't aired from the list of shows to tape so I could tape something else. I hope I remember to record on the other machine.

A new one this past week. I think I figured out how to make sure I tape next week's.
This last episode was outrageous. I like the way Aisha pretended she was at home. And she even got involved in one of the games. And why does Wayne feel the need to curse?

I really thought I had lost this one. I had two movies I had yet to watch and both were being deleted to make room for two other movies. I set the other machine to record one of the two new movies, watched one movie, and deleted everything I could or told the TiVo not to record certain shows. I must have taped every "Anger Management" and I have yet to see even one. I decided I would have to sacrifice the sitcoms that would be repeated, and this show, but I haven't lost a thing. And I haven't even seen those two movies yet.
It was a good episode, I guess.

They did several games that haven't been done in a while.
"Whose Line" involves putting lines written by someone in the audience in your pocket and pulling them out at the appropriate time.
And that one with "forward" and "reverse".
I do wonder how much time it takes for Laura and Linda to figure out how to play each style of music. That gives Wayne plenty of time to come up with lyrics.

This is helpful as I need to delete a lot of stuff to have room for new stuff AND all that I have recorded.
I had seen them all.

Aisha narrated a special on CBS (I knew the voice sounded familiar but didn't know who she was until the credits) that went behind the scenes at several scripted sitcoms as well as a show done by Keegan, who has been a guest several times, and a partner.

I like Aisha and it is nice to know that other people like her too. I recall that I was the only one on this forum who liked her.
