MAJOR SPOILERS IF YOU HAVE NOT WATCHED EPISODE.< < < This was an action packed episode from start to finish. Sometimes it seems that Ryan is the only one who truly appreciates how clever and devious Joe Carroll is. When Joey and Emma arrived at the meeting place, Joey asked a bunch of questions. I realized Emma is gentle with him because he is Joe's son and she does not want anything to happen to him. Bo was a scary guy and Emma asked for Charlie. Can't fault her for that. Joey is a brave little boy and Charlie is an honorable man. I wonder in what way Charlie is sick enough to be trusted by Joe Carroll. No comment on the escape, except Some nice maneuvering inside that building and garage. Ryan must have gotten an improved pacemaker. The final scene was just awesome! Father and son reunion. R.I.P.

I forgot to mention that although Emma was running things in connection with protecting Joey, I think the Roderick was probably the most important follower. I wonder if we have seen Roderick, but did not realize who he is.
"The Fall of the House of Usher" is considered Poe's most famous work of prose. This highly unsettling macabre work is recognized as a masterpiece of American Gothic literature. The main character is Roderick Usher.

I just KNEW Joe was going to kill his lawyer, just didn't know he would do it in the car while she was talking to Ryan. Yuck!
How does Joe manage to get all these people to do his dirty work? The prison manager was the worst.
Why can't Joey ever seem to get away when he......gets away? That is becoming frustrating.
And now Joe has his son in his clutches. Yikes!!

Joe does not mind personally killing women. It just now occurred to me that the lawyer should have brought some type of weapon for self protection. Oh well...too late now. I can imagine the brainwashing Joe will subject Joey to. Instead of freeing young women, Joey will be torturing them. That will be interesting to watch.
