This episode is full of violence and the followers are vicious. I really like Mike and what they did to him was really messed up. I had posed a question last week because I wondered what sickness Charlie had that would make him a part of Joe's group. I still don't know the answer to that question but he was as sick as the rest of them. That gift he offered Joe is sick beyond my imagination. Our little princess Emma finally got what she really wanted. Well, Roderick is something special. He is probably the right man to be the leader in Joe's absence, but he has been recruiting followers on his own. I think that is going to cause problems between Joe and Roderick. Next week looks exciting too.

Next week looks exciting too. I was so terrified they would kill off Mike that I almost couldn't watch!!!!!! Thank goodness they managed to save him. He may be a kid, but he's tough. AND, he knows where Claire is. Roderick is a real sicko, too. Something tells me he isn't too happy giving up his "leadership" to Joe. At least that's what I got from that gross scene in front of the fire with that stone cold b-tch. I am SO glad Charlie is dead. He's as scary as Roderick. And the fact that he would let Joe kill him as an apology for letting Mike get away was just sick. And the look on Joe's face as he's killing him and at the mantle.....gives me the shivers. You are so right about Emma. Man-o-man, that girl is in a constant state of "heat." Is there anyone she won't sleep with? But you're right. The only she wanted all along was Joe. Wonder how he'll react after the act since he says he "loves his wife?" I was glad to see Ryan staying at the hospital bedside. But I wonder if we'll see Mike again or if he's out of it for good. And who is next on Joe's "list?" Has anyone else noticed his name is Michael Weston? As in "Burn Notice?" Wonder if they planned it that way. Yes, next week looks very exciting. Love, love, love this show. Does that make me a sicko, too?

No, that does not make you a sicko. It is an indication that you enjoy thinking about what makes characters tick and studying their psyche. Joe looked as if killing Charlie gave him a feeling of bliss. That creeped me out. I wanted to mention the Mike Weston, Burn Notice, connection. I will have to investigate to see if someone on the show is a Burn Notice fan. Killing women who have the same name as Joe's wife will certainly get everyone's attention. If my name was Claires, I would curl up in a corner of a closet.

I wonder how many Claires will be killed before they get the connection? It's a little scary to me how well organized Joe's people are. They are sort of an Al Queda.
