Ok so forgive me if this has been asked b4 which i am sure it has but how do i add an avatar to my profile not just the ones from the dropdown list but my own???

Ok first you need an image hosting account like Photobucket. Once you load your pic in to your account you want the Direct Image link. Set the default avatar to NONE. Paste that in the Avatar URL spot. Set the Height & Width to 100 (max allowed).

Okay I've got a dumb question- Set it to 100 where?? I just tried to upload my avatar and it won't do it

I've previously admitted I'm a computer dummy so don't worry about making me feel foolish- already there.

Under the Avatar URL are Avatar Height and Avatar Width put 100 in both of those fields.

Thank you. I actually changed the size of it on photobucket and now I have it.

I'm actually getting my avatar as a tattoo this weekend. It'll be much bigger of course. I'm really looking forward to it ;D

I have two others. My first is a purple flower and ivy one with two shades of green. I've had it for two years.

My second is Mickey Mouse. He is wearing dark purple shorts ;D
I've had him for a year.

And yes if you haven't guessed purple is my favorite color

As is mine, I also love dragonflies!

I have a dragonfly with incandescent wings and tribal flames on either side of it. I got it about 8 years ago.
