This was a very exciting episode. Arrow has been an inspiration to a lot of people who have vengeance in their hearts. Arrow does not set out to kill the corrupted people he is after, but the copycats have every intention of killing the people they hate. In my opinion, that is the significant difference between them and Arrow.
In spite of Moira's claim that she is trying t protect her family, I do not see her as a sympathetic character at all. She is untrustworthy and has harmed the people she claims to love and want to protect. And she did all of that willingly. I can't care about her. I'm not sure what Oliver's feelings are about his mother. Love and distrust must be creating an internal battle within him.
Diggle remains a loyal ally, confidant and mentor for Oliver.
Felicity seems to be getting closer to Oliver but I have no idea where that will lead.
