I can't believe Regina was that evil. Killing an entire village? But she had to do something so bad even Snow couldn't forgive her.
When Regina looked in a mirror, she saw herself as others saw her, right? We saw Regina, but not this other person. Just like Sam on "Quantum Leap". He would trade places with someone in the past, and that other person would be in a waiting room in the present. Only occasionally would that person escape.
It's a shame the beans are gone.
I'm guessing Storybrooke will be destroyed in this season's cliffhanger, but the process will be reversible. Ammunition for the network if people get too demanding about their salaries.

It seems that Regina and Snow White kept running into each other. Each time one of them was ready to change either their minds or their actions, something bad happens. Killing the villagers does paint her as a very evil queen rather than someone who just wanted a little revenge.
We did not see Tiny in this episode. I don't know if he was in the bean field when Regina entered and took the beans, but I hope she did not harm him.
I think you might be right about Storybrooke since Henry is ready to leave and they talked about a new land - Neverland. As soon as we met Captain Hook, I kept waiting for them to talk about Neverland.
I am curious about Owen's mission if it is not to find his father.
I watched Quantum Leap also and remember they used the mirror the same way.
