Since the title of the episode is "Step Nine"...
"Made direct amends wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others."

I was too sleepy to watch all of it.
The relationships were very interesting. They seem different than I remember though.
Joan Watson was showing a whole lot of leg...
...will that be the norm for season 2?
Need to finish watching.

I could hardly understand Sean Pertwee when he was speaking. Loved Mycroft. Hope he will turn up again.
Didn't much care for the the reason they were in London. I found the clues to the gun a bit too far out. And the piece found in the apple in the fruit bowl? Just a bit contrived.
Still, with all that complaining I like the show and will be watching again next week.

Joan Watson was showing a whole lot of leg... ...will that be the norm for season 2? Hopefully. There seems to be a trend on TV toward wearing shorts to bed rather than full-length pajama pants. If so, I like the trend. Overall, an enjoyable episode with a complicated mystery. Sherlock and Watson both smiled, which is unusual.

I have not finished watching because I have 20 more Breaking Bad episodes to watch before Sunday.
But I will watch Elementary before the next episode airs.

I finished watching the episode.
Mycroft certainly got back at Sherlock at the end - in a big way.
I enjoyed it although I think the "clues" were on the wrong side of impossible.

Still haven't seen it. How good is "Scandal"? Kerry Washington was nominated for an Emmy. Broadcast network dramas no longer get Emmy nominations.
Here is essentially what happened last night. The President confessed to an affair with Monica Lewinsky to hide the fact he was really fooling around with Condoleezza Rice. He ordered his chief of staff to get a secret government unit the chief of staff didn't know the President knew about to release a prisoner--even though that unit answers to no one, not even him.

We Are Everyone
Today, I saw on the news that the WikiLeak guy was given an award by other whistle blowers and he looked happy.
This episode was about people like him. I posted my comments about the episode in a separate thread because there are spoilers if you have not seen it yet.

Are you joking? That is what happened. Kerry Washington plays a former White House aide of some sort but he's been carrying on with her for years. The intern is comparable in status to Monica but not devious. My one comment about "Elementary:" Watson wore shorts! Twice! And they really called attention to her legs in that one scene. Without a summary I can't even rememer what else happened. Oh, yeah, this guy was like Edward Snowden.

Thanks. I wondered if Scandal would mirror reality in some instances. When I saw Joan in the shorts, I thought about you Kyle. She has very well-defined legs which I never noticed in the first season.
