This easy recipe I modified from a recipe for homemade steak fries I just changed the potatoes to sweet potatoes.
Ingredients: 4 to 5 sweet potatoes sliced into wedges 4 tablespoons of oil (vegetable or canola) Optional: 2 sprinkles of sea salt
Directions: Slice sweet potatoes into wedges or any size shape you prefer for your fries. Coat the bottom of a baking sheet with the oil and it should be enough to cover two baking sheets if done correctly. Place sweet potato wedges on baking sheets. If you are using sea salt sprinkle a little bit on top of the sweet potatoes if not skip this step. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for about 15 to 30 minutes. Cool for about 2 minutes and then serve.
If making the steak fries with potatoes, you can follow this same recipe just replace the sweet potatoes with regular potatoes.
Enjoy! ;D
