 I loved this episode. Sherlock's process made sense and he was very clever. I am glad they gave us more insight into Joan's dilemna about the medical error. Sherlock helped her to find a solution that she can live with.

Terrific episode. Finding out what made Watson quit medicine was good. Too bad she had to find out the son was playing her all along. But it's good Sherlock helped to get over that.
